No you haven't roks, as there is a meeting in a few weeks time on 15 January for shareholder approval to delist at 20p a share. Management claim to have irrevocable undertakings from fellow Directors alone for over 80% which takes them over the 75% needed.

that may be the silliest statement ive ever read. A 20%-40% capital gain is not worth it because you may have to pay tax???? eh!

You are right about 20 per cent upside but it does come with risk.

You simply cannot trust the Chinese.

Chinese so can never tell if they will actually pay 20p.
