03/12/2016 13:36 | Miami, why dont you tell everyone here, how that happened, Timan has sold its main assset (NGPT) to sort out the debt problem, but we ended up in the same situation where we were all these 8 years, but now we are without KNG and NGPT The second question: A few investors approached the company to buy our Kaspi assets, but the management declined all of them and preferred to focus on selling NGPT. How do you and the management plan to restore the value of timan with the only remaining asset? | kubok012

03/12/2016 11:45 | Thank you Miami for the update and your continued efforts on our behalf. I hope that after you personally put up more money to keep this going, Timan will repay your faith in the assets. The shareholders should be a little more hopeful now.😄 | moormoney

03/12/2016 03:18 | Dear Shareholders, Sorry for the lack of news since the EGM. The purpose of that EGM was to approve a CVA both with shareholders and creditors. After approval was achieved on both counts, the CVA had to be funded. Due to volatility in the markets after the Brexit vote, our funding plan had to be altered and I personally loaned the money for the CVA. After receiving the funds the supervisor was unable to immediately make payment to the creditors as their claims had to be adjudicated and two creditor cases were problematic. The CVA supervisor has now completed the adjudication process and sent out notice to creditors. If none of the claims ae challenged then the CVA will be complete in the coming weeks. However our auditors have threatened to resign should this not be resolved imminently. I will update this in the coming weeks should anything material occur. | miamisteve
25/11/2016 16:41 | If the last asset is gone as kubock012 says then folks should be able to claim the loss on this years tax return. However.......... From what I can gather Timan is in a voluntary arrangement (not dissolved or wound up) and are currently reaching a compromise agreement with creditors - hence the request for creditors to contact the Supervisors of the Company. This came from Colin Hardman, of Smith & Williamson and is expected take around 2 months hxxps://www.thegazet Although there has been dilution it is understood that once the creditors have been paid there should be some value left in the company. Anyone with a reasonably large holding should maybe speak to Shaun Hand at Capita (Capita acting as the Company Secretary)- shaun.hand@capita.co I only hold minimal stock and look in occassionally to see how things are going and whether or not I can write it off. I am by no means involved in the process so please do your own follow up! | seconduser

28/9/2016 12:09 | You cant declare timan a total loss as the current management hasnt totally destroyed the company yet. As soon as our last asset disappears, then you will be able to do that. You have been waiting for this moment 8 years, so you Can wait for another 2 months. I am still wandering how many people here on this board still believe miami and mr. Chalov? Whats the reason for this blind belief.. | kubok012
