Think it very , very important but unfortunately not always possible.
Always happy to pay a premium for quality

We use our local butcher, more expensive than the supermarkets but much better quality, and overall much better value, as well as supporting local businesses.

We have just had our meat delivered
Mrs Ig has taken to buying meat online from a Yorkshire Company called Farmison
Very impressed with the quality and service and very good value.
