MIATA - cheers for walking me through offer document. (Still concerned for the length of time it took my broker to get back to me though.) Any thoughts on Deutsche Bank increasing stake in TRIL? Could it be just a result of the reverse takeover, or stake building in anticipation of results, or a CFD position? Thanks again.

Pic n Mix, Where did your broker get this information from. Mine has yet to get back to me on it. Cant find anything in company website.

It sounds like you have or do work for this amazingly inept company? From the Thomson side I would guess. There have never been any capable managers at RTR, mostly vastly overpaid people whose main job is to travel round the world (at our expense at shareholders).

There is, as with any share quoted on multiple exchanges, some (small) arbitrage potential though it often merely reflects movements (and expected movements) in exchange rates.

ABN Amro's initial targets of £15, or $30.24 (Canadian) are a starting point.

RTR was only 6.30 in the closing auction, it never traded that high during market hours - so just reflects a few got caught short and had to close.
