However, they did put something on their website.....
which could have been the subject of an RNS....

But I guess some people are happy with the present price....

I mean who would want to see the company achievements,
hyped up to the market, when the shares can be picked up
at their lowest price ever?

Caveat Emptor!!!

Have you guys noticed that whenever this company gets business
the management are backwards at coming forwards about it.

I guess they must not have gotten any new or expanded business
since their last report?

If they did, they must labour under the false impression that
shareholders don't want to hear about it, or that they have to
leave such news until results time?

The Times

today

Rumour of the day

The Government announced this week that it was ramping up the cash available for training construction workers under its Train to Gain programme, lifting the funding cap for the best providers. These are likely to include Melorio, down 1p to 111½p, which already has contracts with the Learning and Skills Council.

The CFO of Thirdforce reassured me this morning when I asked
her, "if the company felt obliged to comment when the rumour of
an MBO is published in The Sunday Independent.......?"

She said that, as a matter of policy the company does not respond
one way or the other, and that if they had responded every time
such rumours appeared etc.....

I pointed out that I believed that no such frequency could be ascribed to the
newspapers as regards their company....but she did mention The
Phoenix in passing....

She referred to the Sunday Indo article as "tittle tattle" ...on the part of some journalist ....designed to sell newspapers......

Fair comment I suppose.....

What is it the rumoured MBO team think they can do
on their own that they can't do for their shareholders????

Why is it that the only people who seem to want to BUY this company's shares are myself and Pat McDonagh?

Would someone please change the record!!!

Guess McDonagh has a number of former institutional backers
who knew him in Smartforce days and are following his money.

Strange this is at an historical low!!!!

I think it is very much a question of "follow the money".....
the company is not...has'nt been very proactive as regards
its shareholders....well the likes of you and me anyway....
but then when you have your finance guaraunteed by a 44%
recipient of his share of $300 million for a company that
operated in the smartware world....who then reduces to what?
16% now 18%...facilitating a desireable reduction and the
US acquisition.....whose maiden figures were not in the
first time profit figures of the company last time.....I think
that's a fair summary....and who is now taking advantage of
an historical bottom to build his share holding up again at 40%
less than
the price that was paid for the US CO......
I think it helps to understand the poor share price performance....
They did'nt want the market for cash......so the market did'nt
want them.......
when the price goes down in such circumstances I guess you
might say the market has lots of other shares it would like you
to put your money in instead!!!!

So if the only money you can follow is McDonagh's it's better
than no money at all!!!

Purely on a personal level.....Moneybags of Phoenix has tipped this
6 times ad nauseam.....and I begin to think he might at last be right....
if they declare a good result from the US and show they can fund
further acquisitions without killing general shareholders patience...
I see a return to the 2006 figure of 30p.

That is just my opinion!!!!

Caveat Emptor!!!
