Third Quad Capital Plc, the AIM listed UK based group with a technology division and an FSA authorised and regulated securities division, was informed on 24 January that Gordon Lawson no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.



well theres a 10 million seller so far .. another n17 million possabily coming onto the market

I would suggest that that sort of outlay for 5m shares doesn't look like a punt to me..

Thats true quraishim. The person who bought 5 million either know this is cheap or know summat is happening and want to be in. Either way we will find out soon.

Brokers and mms already have a Market cap based on the sale of the s/w business.
If it sells for £8m then share price should be at 3-4p

The software business is for sale. The money from this sale will be used for expansion and possible further aquisition.

Surprised people are chasing this one to be honest, the above spells it out. Perhaps it's a very long term buy but certainly not a short term punt.
