20/1/2011 17:49 | i was chatting to someone from a brokerage house last week and was talking about holdings in companys . she told me that within a hour of said company being notified that someone has taken a holding ins released to teh markets . the reason it takes that long is becase they have to get it types , checked by the CEO / MD / company sec . then sent to the relivent bodies | mr_dross
20/1/2011 17:43 | ihavenoclue, think you'll be happy with it. | 22hoper
20/1/2011 17:38 | Mr D ... exactly what I was trying to say but maybe came out wrong An NTOG RNS posted the other day just past midday "RNS Number : 6525Z Nostra Terra Oil & Gas Company PLC 18 January 2011 NOSTRA TERRA OIL AND GAS COMPANY PLC Directors' Dealings/Holdings in Company 18 January 2011 The Company has been informed that Mr Matt Lofgran, Chief Executive Officer, and Sir Adrian Blennerhassett, Chairman, have today purchased 1 500,000 and 580,000 ordinary 0.1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at prices of 0.415 and 0.42 pence per share." So they bought shares and then informed the company itself to issue an RNS on the same morning. Now some RNS's require a third party to double check before they are posted but once they are posted there is no delay. Interesting that this "Emporium" person who mentioned the e-mail from the company hasn't reposted. And I don't know of any company that would release such price sensitive info, i.e. deal complete, in an e-mail before notifying the market. All IMHO Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
20/1/2011 17:21 | i think theres a lot of guessing and second guessing going on here . the big one for me though was yesterdays rns .. it tells me that things are happening .. it tells me that . theres a leak somewhere .. and it tells me i need to be holding these shares to see where it takes me as for a rns logged for tomorrow yeah ok an rns can b e released anytime dueing the trading day with 5 minutes notice .. they dont have to be logged or slotted .. thats a myth the rampers & pumpers use to bedazzle nieave investors | mr_dross
20/1/2011 17:18 | if ppa is not tied into this saga ........ I will eat one's hat !! This is one big shuffle round . | squire007
20/1/2011 17:18 | true .... but for the last hour or so i was doing dummy sells and they were offering over the bid .. even when they dropped it to 1.05 . lots of games today i think . the 20% spread towards the end told the whole story for me . it will be iontresting to see any large delayed trades | mr_dross
20/1/2011 17:14 | Mr D .... would have been interesting to see if they would have allowed you to buy in volume towards the end of day. | ihavenoclue
20/1/2011 17:12 | for me there two seperate things .. the sale gives us some cash to trade as a company ( hopefully ) allowing monk to consentrate on the finantial aspects and contract generating. from what i saw today we HAVE had a seller who unloaded a few million shares . but towards the end of the day the mm,s opened the spread to upwards of 20% tring to entice the jittery investors into selling . you could say i got spiked today at 1.45 .. but i see this share above that level short term .. and anyway .. i think i have got into a potentially gem of a company wityh over a million shares that cost me 15 grand the shares can stay where they are and left Mr Monk make me some nice change Mr D | mr_dross
20/1/2011 17:01 | Thanks Mr_Dross ... just tidying up the loose ends of the "discussion" earlier .. will delete when removed :) Not sure why people link the PPA deal to the sale of the software divisions ? Very strange LOL | ihavenoclue

20/1/2011 16:52 | i am very confident in the share. Full stop. What I'm not confident in is the total BS about an RNS it is not comming tommorrow, or the day after but come it will. Until then, I'll just keep topping up. Good luck to all | refusenish
