|Alan - didn't realise I was on the old thread. Just to clarify, new ticker is PRO.L - add it to your monitor!|
|You're in luck then! TMN were subject of a reverse takeover by Progressive Digital Media and the name was changed at the same time. If you are looking at PRO then these are what were your TMN shares, so are currently worth 15p each.|
|Hi Ashleigh, I was referring to TMN. It appears i might be a bit behind the times?|
|Alan - Are you referring to Provalis? They appear to no longer exist and the stock exchange has recycled the ticker (PRO) for Progressive Digital Media.|
|Not checked this share for a while and was losing quite a bit on it. It appears not to be trading now. Can anyone shed some light on what has happened and what the value of sahres are if anything? Thanks in advance.|
It is PRO - Provalis sold off its business and wound itself up 2/3 years ago. The mnemonic is being recycled.|
old father time
pro shows Provalis.Still searching,
|New EPIC looks to be "PRO"|
|AshleighP - thanks for the EGM report|
|Anyone have the new Epic please.|
|As per the RNS all resolutions passed. Votes against for each resolution ranged from 0.25% to 0.92% - so pretty much unanimous.
Had a chat with Mike Danson. He seems focussed on increasing the profitability of the group. TMN existing management are staying on to continue to manage that part of the business. The next couple of accounting cycles will be used to tidy up the accounts a lot as backward comparisons will be difficult at present due to all the prior acquisitions. They've received quite a bit of interest from potential institutional shareholders and also expecting to have more broker coverage and research notes following this going ahead. Hopefully this will help move the share price along, especially considering the small free float.|
|Deal approved (unsurprisingly).|

|David - I will be there.|
|Egm this morning.....Anyone going along ?|
|Took the hit and got out again however Tmn owes me nothing but
the mm's seem determined to force it down despite the fact they
always are bidding high for stock and seem to be filling buy orders.
Good luck to all who hold, had my fun here and will take it off my
|Nope, looks like a plant to make TMN shareholders think they have a good deal.
I see that when Danson bought SPG less than a year ago for £10.4m (Nov 2008). Its last set of results showed it had £3.6m of net cash. He is now injecting his businesses (which don't seem to be making very much) into TMN with £9m of net debt and a £250k pension liability and giving us 75% dilution to boot. The more I dig into this deal the more I think it is an absolute stinker.
Investecs note in January after a profit warning revised TMN's pre-tax numbers down to £2.5m so on my simple calcs if they've missed these numbers by 50% they still made over £1m and TMN's debt is only around £2m. This looks like a horrid deal to me.|
not sure what you like about the article for shareholders|
|Good write up in the Express this morning.|
|So i take it i'm an idiot, and should sell now then?|
You should have said, then I could have sold direct to you and cut out the MMs margin ;-/
Actually its not hard to get just over 13p, which is a lot better than 4.25p.
This share could as easily go up 5p as go down 5p. However I think there's probably safer places to make money.
Nonetheless good luck to you.
Over and out.....................|
Best of luck to you, funny thing is i've been buying mine back after
taking great profits, as the mm's are bidding close to mid price and
happy to take sales including yours i'm hopeful for another good profit
trading these, at least you got at least 12.75p and not 4.25p !|
|yes if you drink 1 bottle off whisky and 1 bottle off cava(sorry even in this druken state the illusion will only last for seconds)|
|Is it worth holding on to my 10,000 shares? Hoping for at least 50p a share. Will it go to this?|
