Exercise of Warrants
The Company announces that it has received notice of the exercise of warrants to subscribe for a total of 500,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares").
Application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that trading in such shares will commence on or around 19 September 2017 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 25,567,522 ordinary shares. The Company holds 4,196,157 shares in treasury. The total number of shares with voting rights is now 21,371,365. This figure represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company in compliance with Thalassa's Articles of Association.
