TEG Environmental Plc
Sale of Silo-Cage to Banham Compost Ltd

TEG Environmental Plc ("TEG" or "The Company"), the leading edge green
technology company which converts organic wastes into natural organic
fertilizer, announces that Banham Compost Ltd, a subsidiary of Banham Poultry
Ltd, has placed an order to purchase 56 of TEG's Silo-Cages, for #2 million.

Banham Poultry Ltd, a privately-owned poultry processor, is based in
Attleborough, Norfolk. It intends to process 35,000 tonnes of organic waste per
annum which the TEG Silo-Cage in-vessel composting system will convert into a
natural organic fertiliser.

Commenting on the contract gain, Mick Fishwick, Chief Executive of TEG
Environmental Plc said: "I am delighted that TEG has been selected by Banham as
the sole technology provider following an exhaustive review of competing
technologies. The order is subject to planning permissions but the site is ideal
given it has existing planning permission for other waste operations."

I've too many other shares I want to buy or increase my holding in.
So I'll just have to stick with what i've got TEG wise.
Your not talking to yourself.
If you fancy widening your portfolio, have a look at PHSC - coming to Aim soon.

The few investors in this company have probably put their shares in the bottom draw and forgotten them.
With no news it is difficult to have much discussion.
What we need is someone in the company - but they are unlikely to get into any discussion.
Or someone in Swansea with their finger on the pulse.
Fancy moving to swansea and getting a cleaners job at the town hall.

Ok I have bought, I think the product and direction of the company is the future, I have really followed my principles rather than my investors head, but if we want things to change, we must support new ideas.

Market Cap just over £8 Million and an order from Swansea valued at almost a million pounds.
Jury is still out - can they deliver and will other local authorities buy.
I'm in as they now have one customer.
We should have a better idea by the end of the year wether this company is a winner.

Webby,

What is their turnover like? Did the listing documentation suggest when they might be profitable?

Maybe this is the begining of good things for TEG. My original investment was nearly 7 years ago in an EIS scheme. Had almost written it off!!
Anybody out there?

TEG Environmental Plc

Placing, Open Offer and Admission to AIM

TEG Environmental Plc (“TEG” or “the Company”) announces that 3,846,247 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company have been allotted and issued at a price of 50p per share (the “New Shares”), conditional upon admission of the entire issued share capital of the Company (the “Shares”) to AIM (“Admission221;), for gross proceeds of £1,923,123.50 (the “Placing and Open Offer”). Of the New Shares, 2,080,000 shares were placed to institutions, 1,155,000 shares were placed to certain existing shareholders and 611,247 shares were taken up under the open offer to existing shareholders. The net proceeds of the Placing and Open Offer will be used to build the team to deliver orders and roll out projects, finance the delivery of plant sales and build, own and operate projects, for research and development for future products and services and for general working capital purposes.

It is expected that the Shares and the New Shares will be admitted to AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, and dealings will commence on 27 July 2004 under the symbol TGE. TEG will cease trading on Ofex from the close of business on Monday 26 July 2004.

TEG designs and produces a specialised composting system that provides a proven, efficient and cost-effective disposal alternative to landfill or incineration as a means of treating organic waste. Potential customers include contractors, local authorities, waste management companies, food processors, farmers and landowners. The Company’s expanding market is driven by increasingly stringent EU and UK legislation regulating the treatment and disposal of organic waste.

Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited is acting as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company.
