Tetragon Financial Group Limited Dividend Announcement 
 
LONDON, April 27, 2017 -- On 26 April 2017, the Board of Directors of Tetragon 
declared a dividend of U.S. $0.1725 (17.25 cents) per share in respect of the 
first quarter of 2017. The ex-dividend date is 28 April 2017. The record date 
is 2 May 2017. Payment of the dividend will take place on 24 May 2017.

Stock Dividend Plan for those shareholders electing to receive dividends in the 
form of Tetragon shares. Shareholders may elect to receive dividends in the 
form of Tetragon shares by making an election up to 12 May 2017. If no election 
is made, the dividend will be paid in cash on 24 May 2017. 
 
Dividend per share reflects the amount declared for each quarter for the period 
from the second quarter of 2014 to the first quarter of 2017.
