16/2/2017 12:25 | Does anyone know what the limits are, I noticed you could only get hold of 4-12k in Canada last night and the 7k buy on LSE this morning might suggest it's difficult to get hold of any quantity. | 1399peter
16/2/2017 11:23 | Would be good to see some continued buying. Hope we get good news soon. Can't be much longer, surely? | casual47
16/2/2017 10:28 | Maybe this is why they held it in Atlanta, far away from any PIs, as they knew it would turn into a Kaz bunfight. | casual47
16/2/2017 10:24 | The EGM in Atlanta must have been interesting for some and shock and an unpleasant experience for others !. Skripka, representing Olisol, vs the rest !. I await news from Tethys, hopefully, by the weekend, assuming that all is well !. | hguess16
16/2/2017 09:44 | On the face of it Casual, at last, everything appears to be turning round for TPL. They have again in the article slandered a whole host of people involved with TPL and then, basically said they will forget about everything & plough $m's back into Tethys. They know they are standing on quicksand and time is running out for them. Can anyone see Bill Wells thinking, after reading that piece, OK guys lets stop our legal proceedings, lets ignore the slander against us & lets give Olisol 47% of our company..... nah just not going to happen imo. | dorset64
16/2/2017 09:36 | Once we get news on the loans/funding Olisol won't even be a background nuisance anymore. If Olisol decide to play nice then maybe they can get some of TPLs oil when they have started pumping significant volumes.........at competitive prices, of course. | casual47
16/2/2017 09:24 | This latest article from Olisol, imo, is absolute music to our ears for TPL shareholders. As with all such non-sense you have to read into what is not mentioned in the article in order to figure out as to whom, now, has the strongest bargaining arm. From this latest article it most certainly isn't Olisol thats for sure. You can see now that they realise, as I mentioned a few days ago that if, and with 'help' from others in the local area, Tethys & the Kumars 'clan' decide to now write Olisol out of future plans, they lose everything, absolutely everything. The AOT is dead in the water if TPL decide to go trucking with the Kumars, TPL have already written that down to $zero in their accounts, whereas for Olisol it is everything. Their profit of selling Tethys produce at no doubt a huge profit is gone, the profit from the AOT is gone, their infrastructure investment in the whole area is gone, they could well have messed up big time & they now realise it. They have already using the corrupt Khaz system to try and steal Tethys business/AOT/info & contacts but that failed. They have tried to imprison Tethys staff but that too failed, eventually. They have tried to discredit Tethys in posting articles in the media, that has failed. They had finally tried to discredit TPL & their new investors in the media by claiming a breach of listing rules/conflict of interest, that too also failed. Then today we see yet another article but this time, the very first signs that they are now admitting defeat by essentially saying, 'ok we're sorry it was a silly playground tiff that got out of hand so can we now make up please'. My answer would be a resounding no. Finally we all must now realise just how much 'clout' the Kumars & their 'associates' have in the area as Olisol have picked on the wrong guys there thats for sure. Could this be the reason for the increase in trades yesterday & overnight on the TSX as, like me, this article points towards the end is nigh for this whole saga and much closer to us being an O&G PRODUCTION Co. | dorset64
16/2/2017 08:05 | Casual. Thanks. Provides a very interesting insight into Olisol's relationship with Tethys. Olisol thought that they had it all sown up, but failed to foresee that their failure to cough up the funds for the 181m shares would enable the Kumars's/Slazhanov partnership to come in and take their place at the top table !. It also proves that Olisol does not believe in adherence to Investment Agreements. Olisol's attempt to discredit the Kumars' is pathetic and their implied plea to " kiss and make up" is too late and the Court in Alberta will ultimately determine Olisol's fate !. | hguess16
15/2/2017 23:13 | TI, there is 10+ million USD at stake for them + many 10s of millions more of infrastructure they built around the TPL-Olisol partnership and which may become redundant. Logic doesn't come into it. The interview is a rather pathetic read - they seem at the end of their tether. -Good. | casual47
15/2/2017 23:07 | Casual, regarding your previous finds, do they not realise that they tried to steal a company and drag their heels for nearly over a year whilst the share price got decimated due to their incompetence. Why would Tethys want this lot back with so much history?? If only they were honest and helpful in the beginning, things could have been so much different. If Tethys are given the go ahead by the lawyers on Friday, they could just contact the market on Monday ready for the PI's to digest throughout the week. Maybe even Pete Chown could get involved and get the press involved. TIME TO GET BUSY. ITS NOT REALLY THAT COMPLICATED REALLY | temporarily insane
15/2/2017 23:03 | Let's hope it's not one of their Friday night RNSs | casual47
15/2/2017 22:13 | Interesting comment from the article (assuming the translation is correct): Salzhanov was present at the EGM Olisol comment: "as far as we know he is not legally connected to the company yet he is at the EGM and has access to confidential information and is acquainted with documentation. Very strange indeed" Yes, very strange indeed. | casual47
15/2/2017 22:10 | Another Olisol article. After a lot of whining they basically say: "we are ready to pick up where we left, give us the agreed 42% shareholding, restore our positions in the company, and we'll bring back the investment as planned" | casual47
15/2/2017 20:41 | TI, At least we see signs of a break out from the old 2 -2.5c to 3 - 3.5c. Good to see volumes of buys exceeding sells to start to move the price upwards !. | hguess16
15/2/2017 20:12 | No probs hguess16. Shame I made the guess again regarding TDSecurities manipulating as standard. Been going on for the past year or so. Back to normal trading though... | temporarily insane
15/2/2017 20:07 | Good volume on TSX | casual47
15/2/2017 19:44 | TI, Thanks. Appreciated !. | hguess16
15/2/2017 19:23 | Ok who made the phone call over on TSX....to wake that bunch up. No doubt to be dropped back using a W trade via TD Securities. What do ya recon, a sell of 16000...LOL | temporarily insane
15/2/2017 18:36 | Thanks for update on the untimely passing of Dr David Robson, sadly I did not have a hand in this event. He was certainly imbibing in the Guernsey Yacht Club last summer. Hopefully we will see some small return on our lost investments here, but do not hold your breath!! | mostro
15/2/2017 18:31 | parthus, if thats so then it must be because of some leak/insider buying as, over the past couple of years you couldn't give a 1,000 shares away let along someone out of nowhere all of a sudden buying circa 700,000 shares in an hour, with many more today. | dorset64
15/2/2017 17:19 | fbrj I see that, 700,000 in the last hour yesterday. Many thanks | parthus
15/2/2017 17:04 | parthus - there were quite a few buys yesterday late pm, the last one of which was at 2p if I recall. The buys this morning (although small) at 2p may have just tipped the price up, before more buys came in taking the price higher. | fbrj |
