I can't believe it was buying pressure that ensured the rise this morning. There was only 100,000 bought before it went up 1/2 p. Either there is a large buyer which is currently unreported or there is news that we are not party to or a tip ?

Could be Ben, could be news on lots of angles coming out, legal stuff, sorting out the situation with Olisol or better prices for oil and gas, surely that isn't a million miles away?

Have you ever thought that this website may have unwittingly become a " house broker "
for TPL with all the perceptive chit chat ?.

Is it possible that Olisol starts pumping up the stock price in order to help their own situation out?

According to one of TI's previous posts they don't have any house broker anymore.

It sounds pretty dodgy for any broker whether in-house or not to be giving any sort of recommendation at this juncture before news is out on loan refinancing and capex funding.

Hi Rhuvaal2, trust you are well. They're house broker is Cantor Fitzgerald so can only assume its an internal note that's been released?

I was talking to my broker this morning (about EUA) and in passing he said there's a buy recommendation for Tethys out today. I am now totally passive about this stock after all that has happened and apols folks for not hearing the author's name... I am just shy of a million here.

If it can hold around here, at least the share price will be starting from a higher base when the (hopefully positive!) RNS eventually arrives.

Going the right way. Could do with much more volume though. I'm guessing at current volume it isn't allowing some folk to get out yet.

Devonlad -- I arrived at just under 900 million shares should all existing warrants and convertible loans be converted.

Dr David Robson passed out of this life on earth !.
Could be his son at the GYC !.

Mostro, the only way Robson is at the Guernsey yacht club right now is if he was buried at sea.

Well b----r me, life in the old dog yet!!!
I only need about another 35p to cover my loss of past few years after having been truly robbed by Mr Robson, whom, by the way, spends most of his time these days knocking back G and Tonic in the Guernsey Yacht Club!!!

At this stage of TPL's life, the only news that will get the share price moving is news of the restructuring of TPL's debt/loans. If this has now all been agreed & settled then yep, everything should fall in line thereafter.

From what I heard only a couple of days ago I wasn't aware of anything being settled pdq, but that said I only know what I'm being told so perhaps it might just be settled.
