14/10/2016 15:53 | What's he up to now? Did he cook the goose or is he still around? Anyone know how he ended up a director at TPL? How much did he hold? Has he sold out of TPL? | casual47

14/10/2016 14:19 | Don't ask ! The pain is unending and discussing it has led me into a mental institution, where at least the advice carried by nurses with placards promote; " Get your Tet injection today " I am riddled with holes in my wallet ! I do live in hope though.... | parthus

13/10/2016 17:11 | gaaston, the pipeline to China is there and an 'agreement' to start to use into the future, although of course you have to be dragging the stuff out of the ground first prior to pumping anything to China. With the closing of the Olisol deal their word was that there is/was monies provided to re-start the shallow well drilling campaign and in turn, to turn Tethys profitable in 2017. If then all these new wells prove commercial et al, then there is the possibility of far increased prices through using the pipeline and exporting to China. That has always been the plan, just how long till we get there. | dorset64
13/10/2016 17:03 | 11674 post from Devonlad: can any person shed more light on the possibility of exporting to China? I was busy into this years ago but have since rather lost the plot. Many thanks | gaaston
13/10/2016 15:58 | TI: The MAZZMEX poster you added a screenshot of is wrong. Olisol only need to pay around US$2million to achieve the placing amount. Probably less as you also need to include interest accrued on the loan. If Olisol is saying they will complete end of October then clearly they are no longer discussing changing any terms (like placing price) which would require shareholder approval (that process alone will take two months+) | casual47
13/10/2016 15:52 | Here is a response to my email re: the Olisol press release: " Tethys only release information we have verified. I will look into what can be done in future to align press releases between the two companies". Let's hope Tethys contacts Olisol to ask why they have decided to issue a separate press statement without prior agreement and then belatedly come up with a joint statement on the current state of play !. | hguess16
13/10/2016 15:44 | Maybe Olisol's RNS is a coded shot across TPL's bows: "You start two-timing us with another suitor, and our mate the MINISTER (who has already approved our transaction) could start to make things difficult for you. Remember this is Kazakhstan" | lfdkmp
13/10/2016 15:17 | If there was indeed a 3rd party sniffing around then they better get on with it, the time frame for gazumping Olisol is two weeks from now. | casual47
13/10/2016 15:00 | The wild West TSX........ | temporarily insane
13/10/2016 12:51 | The big IF is IF they get the ability to export gas to China, that would transform the company overnight, but it is a huge IF!!!! | devonlad
13/10/2016 12:26 | If there is then it's not like they can do something about it. Pope has more shares than them and all the monies they have given TPL as loans so far are unsecured. If Olisol do anything to hurt TPL then they are hurting the $6 million they have taken up as shares, not to mention their own business which is highly dependent on TPL. | casual47
13/10/2016 11:29 | based on my calculations they haven't yet put further monies in since the funds they gave late August/early September. There's still more than 1 million USD missing. That's why they had this curious phrase: "This matter continues to be discussed by the parties. " What is there to be discussed? Just give the additonal 1 million USD or so.... Unless of course they are discussing additional terms.... But if they then go on to state completion will happen end of October then there can be no additional terms that would require shareholder approval, clearly. Maybe they are negotiating about who to appoint as additional directors or who to appoint as permanent CEO? | casual47 |
