Good post FewBob.

Whilst I've voiced by moans plenty of times, the board actually has a good pedigree.

There are things they could do better for sure.

Don't forget the bigger picture - we are still a minnow of a company with a tiny market cap sitting on potential a very valuable asset. So, really the dilution isn't worth getting upset about at the moment - it just effects the short term price.

We've got a cap of <£5M on a resource worth multiple times that....so are your shares :)

Back to sleep until market correction.......

Very frustrated with this company! I've been invested for years, averaged down twice and sitting on a big loss.

Easy to lash out and slag off the board on here and call them thieving scum bags for seemingly taking our money and never showing any progress, but I always feel guilty and sorry afterwards! (I hope they don't take it personally as its obviously just hot air!!!)

Just a victim of the commodity crash I guess. They have actually gotten some excellent resources with very little cash so well done to them.

Its just very unfortunate that the stock market has failed in doing what its supposed to do and allow start ups to raise capital even though they (in this case) have some outstanding prospects. With more cash TYM could develope into a fantastic company!!!!

Perhaps these old dogs could produce a sheet showing all the company`s projects with a list of all the things that need to be done, with cost estimates, to enable production to commence.
A timetable would be useful so that they can be judged on how well they are doing.

Sorry - I just realised this is TYM.
I got them confused with a company that has does something in the last 10 years.

Bingo - At this price, it is a no brainer but that seems to also sum up our bored Board, who are 'old timers' running out of TYM!!!!!!!!!!

I agree that they do not take exceptional salaries but instead of 'fat cats', we seem to be lumbered with 'old dogs' & they certainly have no new tricks - PR being the main one lacking (though management of expectations & their release of information could be much improved)!!!!

Will be interesting to see if the Swede's will rescue our turnips (the bored board), though without news of a joint venture partner with some cash, this just advances a long term goal by a few yards!!!!!!!!

Our 'dead cat's' are all members of the board (or should that be bored) & they all need bouncing off the board or they should take a 'dive'!!!!
Poor show & they are to PR what England are currently to any ball game that they invented - try hard but have very little skill, don't work well as a team & never seem to have their eyes on the ball!!!

Dear Patrick & Richard,
Today's kick in the teeth to all long term shareholders was the final straw & you have lost the support of most of your small shareholders, if there was any left after 18 months of disastrous share price performance & lack of PR & perceived direction!!!
It is now well beyond time to bring in younger & more actively committed Directors & the existing photo of the current clutch could have been taken in any old peoples home or 1900's 'gentleman's club' - eh what!!!!
Either bring in new talent & make arrangements to step aside gracefully or i am sure it can be arranged for you & will receive the support of my 1% (was almost 2% 18 months ago)!!!!!!!!!!
I wish you both a happy retirement but not at my expense & not to the detriment of TYM!!!!!!!!!

Raise money from your mates at well under the market price.
Price was 50% higher than this before his mates manipulated the price down.

This money and more will be wasted long before TYM get round to producing any income, assuming they ever do.

You can breathe easy Patrick as TYM can now afford your salary for the period from now to the next inevitable fundraising.

Pretty annoyed.

No news, nothing, no ramp up, no attempt to get the price to a sensible level for a few months.

Raise up about 1/4 of the market cap and watch it tank.

That be nice Phil - I only checked the price today after I forgot I held these.

Marginal cheer when I saw almost 4p.

Got my timing all wrong so been sitting here at paper loss of ages - bit frustrating, but don't always get it right!

Still think we'll get a decent rise at some point and your right Phil that usually when Mr 200K turns up, it usually signifies the start of something.

What are we due? I've totally forgotten? Owt or nowt.

Despite no news coming from the company ever and now my contact with Cheetham seems to be bounced to the PR company who just give the standard line - we usually sky rocket before an announcement....so could be due something.

COME ON!!!!!

At last, it appears as if someone is picking up tranches of 100, 150 & 200k over time - not enough to move the price quickly but it is now starting to look more positive?!!!!!
Get ready for a ramp fest later this month perhaps?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So a director sells 300,000 shares and we find out 2 years later.
He should pay the company the difference between what he got for them and what he would have got when we were told.

Sue the auditors for producing incorrect information in the accounts.

A new low on the long term chart.

If we wait long enough there will be an upwards blip to 3.5p bid.
Will seriously consider reducing at this level.
