13/9/2014 19:12 | 14 years! It took 10 years for Keith Nymer of First Majestic to start a silver mining company and grow it to 15 million oz per annum! TYM = TYersoM | a.fewbob
13/9/2014 18:36 | Anyway, TYM is such a speculative pop that it shouldn't make up too much of any sensibly-balanced portfolio and so potential losses shouldn't be great. I have held them for more than 14 years now and have, effectively, written them off. Great if they do come good some day but if they don't then - so be it. Yes - perhaps Nevada will be a success. For real progress to be made then they will need a partner. At present, the company is capitlaised at 9.93 (£m) with 176.76 million shares issued. To raise money for mine development, TYM would need to raise at LEAST its capitalisation value again for the issue of the same number of shares as now exist. So, we could at least expect a 1:2 dilution of our holdings. However, if it ever DOES get to the stage of mine development then, hopefully, a rising share price might go some way towards counterbalancing that. | benchmark
12/9/2014 16:21 | Its not THAT bad..... Nevada will come in good time. | the888account
12/9/2014 10:31 | clearsoup - got very limited support for a shareholders group, so it seems most here are trading the share or are just not interested? If anyone changes their minds, i am still contactable on slpsearch@orange.fr & if anyone wants to post this on the LSE thread, that's fine with me? | philfromfrance
12/9/2014 10:17 | Let us know what you decide to do, Philfromfrance. | clearsoup
11/9/2014 15:01 | I see that most warrants expire 4 years after the award & the latest ones were dated 2008 - anyone know the expiry date, as was not in here then & LSE rns's only go back to about 2009? Seems totally wrong that an executive can take advantage of warrants with a 6 year delay, especially after the seeming lack of any continuity planning, following on from the Nevada JORC!!! If the Executives do not plan ahead, we will constantly see the share price moving between 5 & 12p & it will become only a traders share!! If there are no meaningful changes to this regime, i will just take my own advice & offload all 2m shares when we have the next spike - why support long term executives that give no thought to their shareholders? | philfromfrance
04/9/2014 20:57 | couple of false starts.....come on TYM :) Come on PC :) BORED TO TEARS | the888account
29/8/2014 14:46 | Well, the point about new drilling in Nevada, starting in September may have done the rounds or a few tipped off that the rns to confirm details booked for Monday? Whatever is needed to turn this positive but they have to get better pr & better forward planning!! BR's 'poo crew' (worse than ebola on advfn & full of sh1t) are following me round like a bad smell. Like all 'bad smells', thankfully we have a filter!!! lol | philfromfrance
29/8/2014 13:58 | 6.375 and 6.345 paid, all buys bar one 50k sell, RNS Monday morning??? | plasticdazza

26/8/2014 10:20 | The American market consumes 19.7% of Fluorspar, it is on the critical list of the American government and all Fluorspar is imported. I believe in this BOD, however if they are unable to do a deal to get this project financed in the States I would have to question the ability of them to create any deal to see us to production. I ask them not to be greedy, we have the NV project for nothing, leave something on the bone for everyone but get a deal done, securing value all round. | plasticdazza
26/8/2014 09:31 | Directors away from their desks, slipping timescales, problems with metalurgical testing, problems with using a calculator, dilution at low prices - this is getting to be a pattern & the directors need to buck their ideas up pronto or they need prodding with a cattle prod!!! This is getting frustrating for most long term holders & we need to see forward planning to maximise the potential of our assets or an exit strategy, to maximise the gains fot the real owners of the Company - the shareholders!!!!!! If the current board cannot see that & are happy just taking a salary, perhaps it is time they moved over & someone else with a bit of a 'spark' took over!! Richard & Patrick - have you still 'got it'? If so, prove it to your shareholders or you will find that they may well be 'revolting', or just moving on to a Company that is moving to realise it's potential!!!!!!!! | philfromfrance
25/8/2014 19:14 | Its time for TYM to start giving some information out, RNS on 02-07 "Drill planning is currently underway for the MV project Nevada and further details will be released in the coming weeks".....this is going to be months if some information isn't given out soon. | plasticdazza
23/8/2014 13:55 | Cheers - lurking around looking for the annual run again | alex hawk |
