well, I just had another nibble at these. I have made such a huge paper loss already, I thought it was worth the gamble! I will either lose £100 or make £1000 I reckon.

I would not be surprised to see the Directors try to take the company private and then sell of assets for a tidy sum

Wish i had not sold now, my broker on friday said that if i had kept hold of my shares and they did delist and if the company wanted to buy the shares back they could offer well in the region of 10p....he rekons going over the last results they should have a MC of at least 3 to 4m.

KBC moved to 0.4-0.7p there at the close. So the price at the finish was 0.4-0.55p.

The company arguably has anything from £1m to £4m in assets. I wonder if, after delisting, the board plan to try and buy up the shares? After all, delisting is not the same as taking the company private.

The major shareholder list only shows S Levine with 4.7% and S Clayton with 2.85%. So most of the company is in the hands of presumably numerous shareholders with under a million shares a piece (below the 3% notifiable level).

I'm beginning to suspect we might see a lot of action in the next couple of weeks. As one previous poster indicated, could be a classic pump and dump about to unravel or maybe someone (Gyllenhammar?) wants to get their hands on the shares for their asset value.

With that MM ticking up it moved Tersus up to 5th highest climber of the day, a 26.67% rise.

Will that attract the speculators tomorrow I wonder?

to be fair asparks, the matched bargain facility aftwards may offer more than the current bid, after de-listing.. for to you want to hang on, but certainly NOT a buy...

you can bet your bottom dollar that if it is delisted it will need his support..

he also has a floating charge over all the assets of the Company, when he loaned 500K.. i think in Dec..

GKR is another undervalued company, by the looks of today will delist, the recurring excuse i see is that it does not enhance the profile of the company..

delisting makes it almost impossible to trade your shares.., you may hold on for years without being able to sell.. once a company is private, and away from stock market regulations, they will be able to do what they like ( in the case for small shareholders).. dilutions, re-organisations, whatever... the small shareholder will end up with virtually nothing..

i think, especially with the crunch, a few companies on AIM are now taking the de-listing route.. some for genuine reasons (although i can't think of any), most with not.. 75% of votes is the requirement to de-list..

AIM has become a little bit more tricky.. and unfortunately, not good for its reputation at all..

fenseal, I fully understand the RNS, the directors are saying that they wish to delist from AIM, not that they want to fold the company. What part of it are you having trouble with?

davius what part of this did you not get from last RNS

The Directors consider that the proposals are in the best interests of the Company and the Shareholders as a whole and are most likely to promote the success of the Company for the benefit of the Shareholders as a whole.

The Directors unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of the Resolution as they have undertaken to do in respect of their aggregate shareholdings of 3,158,704 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 8.3 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

fenseal, that depends what your decision was? If you held these and sold recently then I suspect at a loss. The right decision was to leave well alone, but even if my latest punt becomes worthless I'll have still made around £3K from this share. Not much for some, but quite a bundle for me, particularly as I only ever invested up to £1K in it. It certainly helped make up for several of the duffers I've picked over the years.

Not much time left for a leap....but if you pick a building you can do it when you want!!....after selling if this ever gets to 2p i will join you....but think i made the right decision.
