A little story,

Sweepie was walking along one day when an acorn fell off an oak tree and hit him on the head, "Oh no" he exclaimed "the sky must be falling down"! So he runs off and tells Wardy. Wardy agrees and runs off screaming "the sky is falling in", from inside the hen coop Warren finger of fudge hears the screams and immediately starts to tell all the other hens that "the sky is falling in". Anyway amongst all the flying feathers others look uncomfortable and start to fear it is actually happening. Hens get displaced from their warm nests.

Then a wise old owl points out it wasn't the sky falling down, it was an acorn and although a few more have fallen, the 'overhang' of the branch on the oak tree contained no more acorns to fall.

Everyone was comforted and start to feel more safe and optimistic. A couple of hens seem to have snaffled others warm nests in the coop, as the others that didn't move settle down in their spots.

Then suddenly Dave444 comes running in screaming the sky is still falling in.....

Clearly the money is primarily to go shopping with. News will unfold and in the meantime the share price will do what it does. We are in better shape now than we were at 27p.

today will be a good test of the underlying demand for tern,

had a 20% retrace after buyers were finding it hard to buy in volume, are they still there after tern raising money to build the business ?

They said they were fully funded but that was without buying anything, we were told they have targets that have been shortlisted so no one is shocked at the placing I would think,bit of a lull now but expecting news soon on Comodo or another partner.

Shareholder resolution for this placing was passed at the AGM so no surprises here.

Shame the company never went to Johnma and friends to take the placing, would not have the liquidity there is now, still a small hiccup that will be forgotten about in the next few Months.

L3 book showing, just like yesterday, a number of 250k blocks on the buy.

At time of writing net sells only 300k so suggest these buy orders will be quickly filled.

Surprised when dilution of just 4% represents only 1 pence on share price.

With new funds expect some investee company news.

First of the delayed sells. 100k, don't understand instis sometimes,
