SW, I'll give you my thoughts. IOT has exploded out of the blocks this year. The big players are throwing $billions at it. Security is the determining factor as to the success of IOT. Regardless the claims of others it is becoming increasingly obvious that Device Authorities Keyscaler product has patented technology advantage, and it just happens to be for sale for the right price. Why are Thales, Gemalto and Intel so hot on the technology. And why have Microsoft just come out and aligned with Keyscaler?Setting aside the vast amounts of revenue an acquirer can get, they can also safeguard their large investments in IOT beyond cyber. Has an acquisition of Device Authority just got a whole lot closer by this mornings RNS? M&A activity is fast and furious in IOT. Watch this space!

Thanks to everyone with feedback today - much appreciated.

I posted this analogy 3 years ago....principle is the same.

In my industry we had a unique market leading platform that was visionary...maybe 15 years ahead of its time (in late 90s). We went through some time refining and learning but one deal woke the market up and since then we haven't looked back.

We are the market leader - there are competitors but don't have skills or expertise to provide scale and above all don't have the track record or reputation.

We have had deal after deal and now clients come to us (we don't need to sell it anymore as proven track record) and very different now to when we started out.

Visionary Leader
Huge Market
Right time....right place


The one thought that I've kept hold off since Jan 15 is the exponential size of the market.....now we have cleared previous obstacles we can make a start tapping into that!

Charts are nonsense with a company like this , really don't know why people bother for small AIM companies . The company is growing fast and just signed a deal with Microsoft !! Of course it will go up , whatever a chart says or not !
