Interesting to note that Robust have been suspended from the ASX, failure to lodge year end accounts,Padiham were planning to delist ROL, so I wonder if they will be back on the ASX or pop up somewhere else, post completion of the TO?......GL S

Should see the tide turning now - many juniors battered over the summer lull and low volumes.

TEN only fell on very low volume too.

Hedgehog100, are you actually calling TGL a success because it has stopped going down and re-invented itself?

Wasn't Andrew Regan involved in Mentum in some part or other?
Had he extracted everything he wanted and left the party before all this happened?
I seem to recall he bought all the assets for £1 at some point, though admit to not really following things after that episode.

To be perfectly honest I think this entire bunch should be investigated as should Stanhill and at the highest level.
Questions should be asked in parliament and that's not out of the realms of possibility.
But it would require time and effort and you lot would never bother and so the
games will go on unchallenged.
Sad innit.

But you see Robust own 87.5 % of this gash so only 12.5% left in circulation , thus Robust can make an offer for the rest, like say a packet of hobnonbs and the 12.5% have no say in the matter they would be forced to accept.
I'm surprised it is allowed a listing they must have gotten permission ?

Anyhoo as I said MEN shareholders paid for this deal and Robust got the lions share and the LION has bitten their heads off, as in Stanhill will soon own Robust and therefor own TENGRI.
They could delist and re package and then relist and make a fortune !! :)
Or they could chunter along with punters paying the bills by way of placings/fund raisings etc.
Its not really daylight robbery its more like self inflicted daylight robbery.
I think.
lol.

Tengri's exploration assets are sub ORSU - and ORSU is priced at a discount to cash
(£3.5m market cap with £5m cash). The cash backing here is about £3 mil (2.75p/share)

Thanks for that prescient article from a 'Senior Precious Metals Analyst'..

Jeff Clark of Casey Research is a prime example of the clowns in financial PR today. Each year it holds conferences, investment summits and so forth, however their real
business is the promotion of penny stocks through distribution of trash tip sheets.

"What 10-Baggers (and 100-Baggers) Look Like

Jeff Clark, Senior Precious Metals Analyst

Now that it appears clear the bottom is in for gold, it's time to stop fretting about how low prices will drop and how long the correction will last-and start looking at how high they'll go and when they'll get there.

When viewing the gold market from a historical perspective, one thing that's clear is that the junior mining stocks tend to fluctuate between extreme boom and bust cycles. As a group, they'll double in price, then crash by 75%... then double or triple or even quadruple again, only to crash 90%. Boom, bust, repeat.

Given that we just completed a major bust cycle-and not just any bust cycle, but one of the harshest on record, according to many veteran insiders-the setup for a major rally in gold stocks is right in front of us.

This may sound sensationalistic, but based on past historical patterns and where we think gold prices are headed, the odds are high that, on average, gold producers will trade in the $200 per share range before the next cycle is over. With most of them currently trading between $20 and $40, the returns could be stupendous. And the percentage returns of the typical junior will be greater by an order of magnitude, providing life-changing gains to smart investors.

What you're about to see are historical returns of both producers and juniors during three separate boom cycles. These are factual returns; they are not hypothetical. And if you accept the fact that this market moves in cycles, you know it's about to happen again. ...

How to Capitalize on This Cycle

History shows that precious metals stocks move in cycles. We've now completed a major bust cycle and, we believe, are on the cusp of a tremendous boom. The only way to make the kind of money outlined above is to buy before the boom is in full swing. That's now. For most readers, this is literally a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. ...
