The Company announces that, on 13(th) October 2017, it purchased into Treasury 81,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.7232 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 686,121 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,232,832. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
