No I was not finished typing before you posted and my computer froze. So perhaps you are 2trying 2 hard!

I have not intentionally gone back days after posting and changed posts like certain people in here.

Seems to be some very dubious behavior by the plague that has turned up here IMHO

Considering we are typing then I will agree you are very proficient at typing and editing! Perhaps you should stick to being a secretary as its clear now you have nothing intelligent to say. Perhaps you also read a bit more about small caps and liquidity risk and stick to bigger caps!

I am really beginning to think you are some sort of bunny bolier secretary stalking your ex boss!

Lol! You might like to do an edit. You have mispelt the word apologising. I see that you have started a large number of threads. Some are very small companies where yours is the only thread.

So difficult to obtain an unbiased view of these companies, I find. Often needs an alternative point of view to be put forward. Especially where there are legitimate concerns about poor liquidity, quality of Directors, advisers, research, etc.

I have just noted rascalhardin is going back and changing posts. I was not sure but its now confirmed. He now has no credibility in my eyes. He never even responded to why he was posting on other threads about me and instead of apoligising for his ludicrous assumptions he is going back trying to cover up what he said.I am also sure he has changed other posts. This is not the behaviour of a genuine poster IMHO.

Lol! I notice on looking through the company's history that there was a Swedish disposal in 2007. Uncannily similar to WTV. If you want some fun, try telling a poster called LBO about Mike Neville on the TPH thread - Telephonetics. Mike Neville is a Director of the company, so it is on topic.

It seems like LBO is the only poster there most of the time. I wonder, could it be...?

Especially if Mike Neville is or was a Director!

WTV = delisted, virtually untradeable.Shareholder's Action Group. Company reported to Serious Fraud Office.

MNT = Suspended from AIM. Shareholder's Action Group. Company severely censured by Stock Exchange authorities for numerous breaches of regulations. Company reported to Serious Fraud Office.

Other companies where Mike Neville was a Director = dissolved.

Mike Neville always makes money out of his Directorships, though.

2t/John,

Let me guess who the broker is.....not Brewin Dolphin, is it? Not the same broker as WTV had when they were listed on AIM. Who issued lots of "BUY" notes, thus encouraging shareholders to buy.

And who then assisted with the delisting of the company from AIM, which made WTV shares virtually worthless?

Clearly WTV and Brewin Dolphin have the same view of shareholders. When a company's shares fall due to market circumstances, that is one thing.

But when the company and it's house broker work together to deliberately remove value from shareholders, that is another. And much more difficult to accept. Especially when Director's pay increases as a Direct result of delisting, the event which caused our shares to become untradeable.

That is why I would urge caution when reading a Brewin Dolphin "buy" note.

You are dragging up issues that were raised on the WTV board some time ago, which appeared to have been forgotten/resolved, then you suddenly appear on this thread which nobody reads, make threats and misquote me from the WTV board.

IMHO that behaviour speaks for itself.

euro,

I find it very interesting that you were waiting for me on this thread and are trying hard to raise an issue which has not been aired on the WTV board for a week or so. IMHO your behaviour speaks for itself.

Again I think that you are misrepresenting me, for reasons best known to yourself.

From memory

In your posts about the WTV subsid. accounts you referred to the administration charge of £3MM and, in the same post, suggested that the charge was substantially directors fees and auditors charges. This demonstrates, as has been explained to you, a complete misunderstanding of group accounts. You implied that the directors, and perhaps even the auditors, had enjoyed secret profits from this arrangement at the expense of shareholders.

In another of your posts you imply that over £1MM was "hidden" in a dormant subsidiary (Kamera). Even a cursory reading of the RNS's would have shown you that this was untrue. The assets were sold and the investment subsequently provided for and written off. Note, I am not commenting on the identity of the high profile investors - nor on the wisdom of the transaction. That issue was raised (by CT, and by me - incidentally) years ago. But your "discoveries" in the accounts don't add anything, or evidence anything.

In a number of posts you ask questions about the auditors and suggest that perhaps the same auditors are engaged at other Mike Neville companies. You do so in a way which is riddled with innuendo, and you are treading on dangerous ground. If it was me, and not Mike Neville, who was the subject of your campaign I can assure you that you would not have been allowed to continue as long as you have.

I don't seek to defend Neville's record - it speaks for itself. However - you are not doing the cause of independent shareholders any good by displaying ignorance and peddling innuendo.

The various regulators will eventually reach their decisions on those companies which have not been compliant. There have been, and continue to be, enquiries. There are more to come. I notice that you don't take the time to enquire as to whether anybody other than yourself might be up to date with these issues?

In any event Telephonetics is a well run company with many happy shareholders. What you are doing over here slagging people off with half baked suggestions is quite beyond me.

You have made it known repeatedly over the last 48 hours on here and I am the only fool listening! How may times do you need to say it over and again to me? LOL

As I said if you had a real case then your time would be better spent emailing the major shareholders at Telephonetics then talking to me!

Anyway we have yet again come full circle and I am bored. I genuinely hope you do get some closure on all of this!

There are different types of failure. To lose one company is misfortune. To lose many casts doubt on the ability and possibly other aspects of a Director's character. When this is combined with other facts (as detailed above), you get a certain picture.

You appear to be trying to prevent any other posters on this thread. Not just me, ct also. Why? Do you not think it is right that TPH investors should know about Mike Neville's record elsewhere?

rascalhardin

Yeah it is funny that we now think failure should be punished! I suspect we may witness the death of Capitalism yet in this financial crisis.

And yet again you have given no facts just subjective observations! And I am not changing any subject as you don't seem to have any real subject to discuss. All you have is an opinion, a failed investment and huge investor regret! But get in line, we all have them after whats happened in the markets!

Perhaps we should all stick to putting our money in the bank! (yet thats not even safe anymore! LOL
