If there was any information of a material nature to be disclosed it would have been released to the market in the IMS. The company is not hidding anything. This is not some micky mouse AIM outfit! :-)

The FD gone and both him and his missus selling out their holdings tell something went wrong big style here. I get nervous when I see things like this happen. Maybe there is some bad news to come out that is not being shared with the rest of us.
A calming attempt by other directors buying more fails to give me the confidence to stay in at the moment. I will wait to see what the news is first before dipping my toe back in. A bod statement would help for instance.

The re-rating of this stock against its prosepctive p/e is now done imho. If there was any problem with the FD departing, they would have annoucned it either on results day or today given the share price fall. TObin know his purchase would be seen by the market and he also knows his corporate responsibilities. IF this now stablises it is a great buying oportunity. Frankly I cannot believe I got out at 1002 earlier in the year!

If you're an investor then any short term drop in the price is irrelevant, its an opportunity, the longer term bigger picture is still very bullish. Just as a profit isn't a profit until its in the bank, a loss isn't a loss until you sell. Mr Market is just having a giraffe :-)

Data centre provider TelecityGroup has expanded its cloud offering with the introduction of a new cloud ecosystem.

Called Cloud-IX, the new product will see customers in the firm's European data centres gaining direct connectivity to an array of cloud providers including Amazon Web Services, Fujitsu and Outsourcery.

TelecityGroup intends Cloud-IX to make setting up hybrid cloud solutions - with some physical platforms based in the data centre and the rest taking place within external cloud providers - easier by offering direct connections to providers. It said this should reduce network costs and allow for more reliable and stable connections.

Potential advantages of such a set-up include control over data sovereignty - an issue becoming more important as cloud providers suffer at the hands of suspicious customers, more inquisitive governments and tightening data laws.

The firm's UK managing director, Rob Coupland, told V3 he believes that even customers firmly planted in physical data centres will be able to find a use for Cloud-IX.

"From an enterprise perspective, the world is changing very rapidly," he explained. "Yes, people have physical environments they've put a lot of investment in - they need to support those and will play a key part in their service provision over the next few years - but they also need to start to hook into the flexibility of being able to complement that with cloud services."

He added that the scalability and short-term capabilities of external cloud providers are part of Cloud-IX's value proposition. "Sometimes that's dealing with peaks in demand, sometimes it's for dealing with things that are very sporadic applications where you'll need a lot of computing power in a very short space of time," he said.

Cloud-IX will begin to roll out to TelecityGroup's European data centres "soon", according to the firm.

Liberium ARE NOT the catalyst for this drop. no matter what the 'papers' say.

either a massive shake down... or something.

Not exactly token buying of £80k by a director is it.

Sell: Telecity

Ditch Telecity, says Liberum. The data centre company yesterday said it was on track to meet targets after winning the highest number of orders for any quarter this year in the last three months. But Liberum says the list of doubters is growing in the face of "lacklustre" returns, increasing concern over capacity and pricing, and the surprise departure of the chief financial officer last week. It sets a target price of 720p for stock currently at 740p.

Could just be a fund performing a rebalancing exercise and needing to offload some stock, or, a hedgie in trouble and having a fire sale??? Who knows. I'm personally not at all concerned.

Regardless of the recent IMS this share is dropping. Simply someone knows something we don't or the market just doesn't like it. Either way it's a buying opportunity or a good reason to get out. I was in this and sold at 11.10. Been keen to get back in but something feels fishy here and I can't put my finger on it
