the big question now is the size of the payment to shareholders
risky selling out at 19 cents because the big shareholders could demand most of the sale proceeds are paid out
that would be over 20 cents but even 5 or 10 cents is a big proportion of the share price. GLA

The good thing is the lads in charge here pay themselves buttons.
The costs to run this business are very very low - just $165,000 per year & the return from the wakala deposits is over $100,000 which almost covers it!

LOL! Everyone thought Arjan plots were worthless but it turns out they are worth 50% more than the book value. LOL!

Im sure the big shareholders will demand the proceeds are returned

Up - they hold a further receivable in Arjan - all a bit ambiguous.

They sold at a 50% uplift to book and are still at less than net cash...
