Papy02,

Some of the trades today also confirm the fact that one does not get many shares for the money. I was just concerned because I thought it be like Motive TV.

Thanks for the calculations and that is exactly what I got, because I put in £220 including the charges.

keeptoyourown,

as silkywhite says, about £200 is right for that many shares:

9277shares x 0.034USD (Offer price, per ADVFN) = 315.42USD consideration

315.42USD x 0.64952 interbank x-rate for $/£ = £204.87 consideration
(plus broker commission)

Looking through the historical trades of July and Aughust I can see most people buy in 10,000, 20,000 and 50,000 blocks.

Therefore todays huge buys is something not seen before.

silky, the thing is, given the lack of liquidity and lack of interest in TJI shares, as a shareholder the only way you will benefit is via dividends. So either two things need to change,

1) The BOD need to improve the visibility of the company with AIM investors, this will improve liquidity and allow TJI to move up to a more 'sensible' valuation.

2) Return some cash to shareholders

it seems the company have been listed since 2006, has there been any returns to shareholders? at teh end of the day, its all about shareholder returns.

NAV is 37p. The 10% Bekon stake is worth 10p. the wakala deposits which are same as cash are worth 8p and the dubai property is worth 35p. The company makes money even by doing nothing because the directors are paying themselves peanuts.

Yes the quoted price was in US dollars.
So they not reporting the trade right.
As they failing to convert them.

If you sure this is right then I have nothing to complain about and hopefully my purchase will multibag soon enough.
I do feel if anyone does try to buy a decent amount here like £2,000.
Then they may have to pay double the current share price

It was with TD Waterhouse.
So you do not think it is right.
Maybe I should try a dummy sell quote for the same number as I purchased.

The quoted price is in US dollars. I think you got the right number of shares since the sterling share price is 2.1p

I just bought 9,277 for just over £200 @0.34p

It does not seem enough shares for £200.
I hope it is right?.
I just feel I have been ripped off for charging me £200 plus the charges for what may of been just £20 worth of shares.

Sorry, I just meant with Hargreaves Lansdown and wondered if others were the same. It is surprising and refreshing not seeing this one having been pumped and dumped a hundred times a year.
