What fantastic feelings all the punters that left us at 1.1p must be having now as they see another near 50% drop in the share price after they left!

Since the Transaction involves the commencement of a new strategy for the Company the Board has elected to make the Transaction subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders


We are pleased to confirm that the terms of the joint venture have been agreed and a formal agreement will be signed after the new activity has been approved by the Company's shareholders.

Can someone decipher please what is the difference between the 2 statements posted nearly 2 months apart - will we be saying the same statement in 12 months time?

Look believe me I am not holding this up and am ready at a moments notice to attend a meeting in London - perhaps we should all write in and confirm our diary arrangements for Jan 2008 so that they can believe a suitable number of holders will be there.

fb dont you just love the pricing here massively under the bid for a large sale and you would think with excess stock they would demand the full offer for a small buy....lols.
shame there is so little to comment on that i am reduced to looking at the trades...

Stav baby.....most had written it off, it's not dead and where's there's life there's hope, not Bob or No, but still hope. That's all I can "promise". He knows this "new" business, so IMHO it's got more hope than the "old".

I'd be gutted if you didn't get your 4p back. Recover losses elswhere too, which I'm sure you have done or are doing, LOLsss.

I'm afraid I tell it how I see it and not everyone sees what I see(some might say thankfully) or wants to.

As you can imagine this time of year, the spirits inside me, LOLsss.

Fact is, smelly hasn't a clue how many and at what price I paid on any share I hold at this time :0) A lesson learnt many years ago when providing info to FREE bb's! These eegits profess to know all yet fail to add any research or substantiate their claims.(untill after events of course )

It's a free BB, he can say or be whatever or whoever he wants to be! We could all do that - but we don't Stav do we !
Don't apologize for his garbage on my account. He can spout his rubbish all day long tbh :0)

The Qstik offering may be best in class but it's a dead duck! IMHO
Whatever were we thinking when the doenut was developed !
Match the competition in size and pernash (together with our own patented?!? technology and we'd have cleaned up !

Yet strangely ! CC went ahead with all this ?

And will they cough up what's owed? Don't hold your breath!
