May not be all doom and gloom for much longer - watch those monitors for reports as MA recovers the long termers and those supporters of the TEO placements (The Bretheren) their Lolly! All progress from now on!

JB,

I doubt very much MA cares that much about small investors like us.
He is more concern to keep those BIG investors who backed him in previous fund raising rounds happy. For this very reason, i think we will get our money back and more. As I said, i have already put the TEO shares in the bottom drawer, itmt just hybernate and wait for the spring to come.

LOL!!!

For those guys who got a lot of happiness to see i lose money..........just be happy, i don't mind, there is no guarentee to make money in stock market trading. My lattest bet is on UTN,I have quite a few shares averaging 1.65pps, it may help to put a bigger smile back on my face.......LOL!!!
If one gets lot of fun and enjoyment out of share trading, winning obviously great, but losing is not the end of the world, not for me anyway. Win some, lose some, have u heard of it before?

LOL!!!

...there is only upside from here as we
currently just about could not get any
lower than we are.

the money we are owed from CC would alone just about
double our market cap!!

we do not need to sell a serious amount of metal
to mulitply our current shareprice!

to his credit MA did not need to involve TEO holders
in his metal business..he could've simply cast us adrift
and that would be that.

i think the odds are now strong that most holders will at least
be getting thier money back within the next year!

who knows we may even also get a buyer for our tech!!

Smelly...

I am sure I would have enjoyed meeting you. I hope their connections come through, it's a field that they have a grounding in, and the upside to TEO would be enourmous.

With regard to Maysun, ......don't let stinker get the upper hand.....Gollum.

I forgot to say that the TEO tech is now clearly up for grabs at a realistic price, either for sale or licence. No emotional attachments, just pure business.

If any of you out there in the tech field have any ideas or connections, you could potentially make a killing, and put something back in the bank to help kick start the company in a new direction.

Not much to report from the AGM.

The resolutions were passed.

The software side will be put on the shelf. It does not mean there is no value in it, they are trying to see whether they can sell it or move forward in a partnership or in some other way. They believe they have spent enough on it and never really got anywhere with it in terms of sales, that it does not warrant their full attention anymore.

They are still pursuing CC for their 800,000 pounds through the legal system, although that could take sometime.

They are now going to utilise their knowledge gained over many years using TEO as their vechicle in the resource area. Mr. Alkani and Ben-Israel have a lot more experience and knowhow and contacts than they did in the software field.
Everybody knows this is a booming at present and lets hope they are right that they know what they are doing and where they are going in this area.

Their contacts are quite impressive in this field through the many other companies that they are involved in. It is a gamble and they will need to raise money, but hey they are still trying to realise value for the shareholders, and best of luck to them and us.

maysun,

Glad you are still around. I did think SEO/VER/TEO may have done for you!

CTN.

Stav,
yes i am still here.
Put TEO to the bottom drawer, wait and hope that new business venture will bring some smile back to the long suffering investors faces.
As long as it doesn't fold, ther is hope!!!
LoL!!!!

Added few more UTN shares to my holding, result looks good when it comes out in April.

All,

To clarify, I have 3.5m shares left. I made a loss on selling 5m shares but have already made that up on EPO and PRM plus (even ignoring the tax loss benefit on TEO in addition).

The logic of my sales were that the deal has given an opportunity to decide what to do.

I made the decision that in my long term portfolios, pension and trust funds, that I would rather be holding PRM than TEO, because I understand what PRM is about in the next few weeks and months and years and I think I can just leave that to grow hopefully very significantly. PRM has already risen after my purchases.

I am not so sure on TEO, but I have not given up on TEO and am holding a large chunk by most people's standards.

I can still benefit substantially if there are more positive developments and I fully support Alikhani in trying to give value to TEO shareholders.

There is an argument that because of my sales some have been able to add at a lower cost than without and any brake on the price should only be temporary if developments are positive.

The gamble I took was in not knowing the value of the jv in Africa and the residual value of the tech business - it could be much more than 1p per share. I hope it is.

I will not cry if TEO rockets - I am sure my EPO and PRM will do very well for me - but will be happy I have 3.5m shares and can participate in the fun and be happy that you lot too are doing well from the rise.

Good luck to us all.

;-)
