Ultimately this investment suggests a target CEDEX value of $500m which Tech can purchase a further 90% stake of for $40k on the option granted 22nd October $450m ...... Wow!

With CEDEX being an asset based block chain linked to a regulated financial trading platform this will surely bring greater comfort To the traditional investing community rather than the "Ether-Roulette" of virtual currency.... IMHO a time to top up never to be seen again after 12/01/18

Yes it does, but it's linked to the pricing of the diamonds only - still very good to have in it's business

Dividend cashflow from other part of business more than underpins current mcap.
So nothing to do with CEDEX is actually priced in currently!

I don't think there is any other aim stock that is up and running to a point as close at TECH is with Cedex coin and ultimately the exchange -

Dave, your negativity will costs you huge gains in the future in this space - I took the same approach & avoied BitCoin at $200, constantly being all negative - perhaps you should stick to investing in managed funds via Trustnet,com - plenty investments there to get you on average 10% pa
