So it shouldn't matter how the development costs are accounted for as it all hinges on whether a buyer can be found for private subsidiary TFSL IMO. Doesn't matter a jot how they accounted for the expenditure, when it comes down to it its worth what someone is prepared to pay for the asset and because it's not a listed investment where do you start with that?
