28% is residential property, I think. Everything else is 20%. Not that it matters if you're not planning to sell!

I did well out of these following the Brexit vote when the frightened rabbits dumped everything. There's a good prospect of another good gain from these levels, but the very lopsided nature of the dividends makes the timing difficult. I can't see any tearing hurry to buy.

I don't care what anyone posts if there is some logic behind it. Merely repeating an opinion in capital letters and full of exclamation marks several times a day adds nothing and just makes you look like a prize front bottom.

When that is added to I don't care because I bought for nothing 10 years ago and I will hold forever all we have is a thread with no information or logical discussion.

ftir11 first registered with ADVFN circa 6 weeks ago. He clearly has a very specific agenda here since he has only posted on this TW thread and he has never posted about any other stock elsewhere. He is just a dedicated TW deramper.
