Tate & Lyle PLC (the "Company") has been informed that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") on 3 January 2017 under the terms of the Tate & Lyle PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their persons closely associated have acquired interests in additional Shares at a purchase price of 696.03 pence per Share.
