Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 30 March 2017, Jonny Plant, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 75p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Mr Plant holds 4,313,843 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
