Appointment of Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Brokers
Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus" or the "Group"), launched its "Quickening the Pace" strategy in January 2013 and expects, at the end of 2017, to be able to demonstrate its success. Tarsus will launch the next phase of the Group's Growth Strategy at its Full Year 2017 trading update on 12 January 2018.
As part of this process, Tarsus is pleased to announce the appointment of Deutsche Bank as Financial Adviser and Joint Corporate Broker to the Group alongside Peel Hunt, which has been appointed Joint Corporate Broker.
