Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Target Healthcare REIT Limited (the "Company") has published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's interim report and financial statements for the six months ended 31 December 2016.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 18 April 2016 in relation to the proposals to issue up to 200 million New Shares including an initial placing, offer for subscription and placing programme.
