09/3/2017 09:26 | I think the recent 25k trades are matched trades, OTK have increased their holdings by 3.15m shares in the last 5 months, what OTKs interests are in Tanfield is anybodies guess? | gbenson1
09/3/2017 09:05 | Yes but alot more were shown as sells | dave224
09/3/2017 08:46 | They were both buys and sells - one person selling to another. | jamielein

08/3/2017 00:17 | the way business is at the moment, I surprised the transaction has not already been announced, tanfield is now a takeover target the way things are being this low price against snorkels amazing growth on a worldwide scale in a climate of growth everywhere confirmed by everyone you speak to at the moment. | steveglobal4
08/3/2017 00:13 | adhern has a good name you can trust and its his motivation, so 100 percent yes trust him, he has also talked on film about the future purchase of tan fields percentage,as posted here. my guess is we have a big buyer, and maybe the investor at 14p on the placement wants out, so anyone saying we have a seller is being too negative, we also have a huge buyer. maybe the battle between the seller and the buyer will continue tomorrow, i think it will, both looked strong today in there intentions. the seller only has so many shares to sell and the buyer can buy a great deal more if they wish to do so. | steveglobal4
07/3/2017 22:49 | But do you trust ahern | boboty
07/3/2017 22:21 | I take note of the text under the picture. How can anyone think that Ahern will not buy the rest of Snorkel as planned. Snorkel and XStreme have a lot of common facilities and joint sales offices around the world. At 14p we are talking 50% of the low ball book value for Snorkel and 30% of value if option is triggered. I find it hard to find better upside. | multiplural
07/3/2017 21:19 | Yeah strange why would someone be selling so many shares now when things are really starting to get interesting! hxxp://m.rermag.com/ | dave224
07/3/2017 17:29 | Increased volume whats with all the 25K trades at 14p through out the day | jam2day

02/3/2017 00:23 | can't believe adhern still hasn't put his hand in his pocket here, a shrew investor could easily snap up tanfield in a flash and make very hard work for adhern | steveglobal4
01/3/2017 07:48 | Trump talking directly of spending big on tunnels roofing etc. Must be good for aerial lift companies: | multiplural

15/2/2017 11:25 | New customers keep piling up :-) : | multiplural
15/2/2017 01:19 | All I know is that snorkel should be selling a lot more machines now than they did in 2007 and i think Tanfield was worth around 800 Million in 2007. | steveglobal4
15/2/2017 01:19 | All I know is that snorkel should be selling a lot more machines now than they did in 2006 and i think Tanfield was worth around 800 Million in 2006. | steveglobal4
14/2/2017 19:06 | Isn't the problem here that we don't know what's going on at Snorkel or how close to the $25m EBITDA they are? It isn't transparent at all, which probably explains the low price here. I saw in an earlier post multiplural was trying to buy some Ahern bonds so that he could see their accounts. multi, I'm guessing you didn't succeed? Surely TAN directors are updated on progress since the company owns 49%. They should really be keeping shareholders up to date. | jamielein
14/2/2017 15:28 | Positive day again, good to see, but still crazy low price with what is going on at snorkel | steveglobal4
14/2/2017 15:09 | Brilliant. Thank you multiplural. | theklf
14/2/2017 14:52 | The minimum takeout value of the 49% we own of Snorkel if the parameters of the option agreement is met is 91,25M$ plus a small amount in accrued interest. It consists of the issued note of 50M$ for the first 19%, plus 5,5X25MX0,30 = 41,25$ for the remaining 30%. This is all dependent on the parameters of the option agreement being reached before September 2018. 91,25M$ at the moment equals 73,1M£ or some 46,5 p per share. The reason for the higher value today is purely the depriciation of the sterling against the dollar which is very favourable to us as the asset is held in dollars. | multiplural
14/2/2017 14:23 | How did multi get to this 'minimum' 39p takeout value? multiplural - 17 Oct 2014 - 11:56:41 - 1219 of 2078 TANFIELD GROUP -- 2014 - TAN The value for Tanfield of the Smith shares at the price used in this latest round is around 5,6 pence per share without calculating any value on the warrants held. I feel pretty sure the value when listed on Nyse or Nasdaq will go up, and the warrants will then also carry a decent value. On top of this is the deal on Snorkel where a minimum value of 39p within the next three years will arise. Personally I think it will be before, and I can strongly recommend seeing this interview with Don Ahern where he mentions that it could be as early as this year: | theklf |
