Property Portfolio Update

Taliesin is pleased to report that the interim valuation report carried out by JLL shows an increase in the value of the Group's property portfolio to EUR359.7 million as at 30 June 2017. Adjusting for property sales in the first half of 2017, this represents an increase of 14.1% on the Group's year end 2016 valuation and equates to a value of EUR3,070 per square metre (EUR2,700 as at 31 December 2016).

Taliesin expects to publish its half yearly report for the six months ended 30 June 2017 in the second half of August 2017.
