We have the old 123456 and 56789 routine going on again! No matter. Mr. 100k and 50k isn't too fussed how they get them! Strange trading patterns though. I agree lyonst5. Lets hope that we hear some sort of an update on the buyback situation in short term to settle those nerves! In the meantime, the selling, and the buying will continue. If whoever is doing the buying is an existing holder, do they only have to notify the market when they have finished buying or after each % holding is breached?

If it is somebody new buying, they must surely be getting close to a notifiable interest by now!

Well i get the impression that small holders are throwing in their lot here with irregular sells that are going through on the order book, i hope some clarity of the whole situation can be forth coming from the company as this vacuum is making for a many frayed nerves it seems.

I think they used the trees as a loss against one set of accounts I remember.If the land has a better use just bite the bullet and get rid.

What is their accounting method for the trees - do they capitalise? If so - very bad as all my investments doing so were failures (for me). After 30 years somebody else got the spoils :(

Oxtail, The forsythia is in fragmented patchwork of mountainous plots and the yew was in cultivated from seedling and to my knowledge not in vicinity to the forsythia.
I would like some idea from the company over what could be done/achieved with the yew, when i last enquired it was just being left to grow.

odvod, As for the skilled staff i can not say for sure but on the yew tree front, well lets just say they must be the happiest yew trees in China as they have been put out to grass like old horses. And i hope that the whole forsythia business can be looked at again as the amount of added value that would be earned is eye watering and only just by taking some simple steps.

The main profit atm is in not to sell harvest as soon as possible. What is strange to me is the deterioration of the knowledge level They used to have EU distribution right for the human medicine. Several different substances. Where are the researchers? What are they doing on atm. What is going on with the trees etc.

Well its good to see the website back up again, at least its a good sign of battling against adversity to get it working, now it just needs some serious tinkering with to get it up to satisfactory.
On another note i just had a quick look over their Chinese website and i spotted the updated recruitment page. Looking for 3 quality inspectors and 5 production workers. And also with added note of "In 2015 the company API production lines and proprietary Chinese medicine production lines have been adopted by the national new GMP certification, access to tablets, capsules, granules, API 4 formulations certification."

I'm pleased to see things moving forward and a general update from the company about the many different areas surrounding the business as well as the forsythia and outstanding issues would be most welcome at this stage. Hint, hint.

Make a profit...thats the name of the game! Its a shame there is no one else buying. Seems our stake builder doesn't want to pay more for his holding and is solely relying on picking up his shares from sellers at this level. Keeping things easy for the MM's. If someone else wanted to add and started taking available stock, things would get very interesting indeed!

I went for a cigar. Met a friend who had a bank invitation from a bank sao paolo intesa imi from Italy. Had a free lunch lots of champaine and now -deal. Stupid people like have luck by doing f. all
have onother 50k if you want

After the crash the above bank might be a good deal btw.

Oxtail.....shown as a buy as it is mid price. MM's were bidding 3.5 as soon as the 150k went through. I have a feeling they will be trying to keep a lid on this for the next week or so, so the screen price may not reflect the true situation!

Odvod....under normal curcumstances l would agree with you, but we are a little removed from normal circumstances just at the moment. Lets see if your 150k have been taken up by our buyer.
