Last day possible for results again, but at least as its the interims it means there is 9 months until my heart has to go through this again!

Lots of positive things happening though, so lets hope there are plenty of trading updates.

Well maybe it could be a one way trade now as i see non available online to buy. The buyback piece in the results must be a bit of a slap to the seller of late.

Yes davydoo good point. Now if we do a full year of production and sales plus the forysthia harvest we should see some very good numbers next year.

A mixed bag of results but looking promising and £1.5m in cash and the buyer of late knows which way the share price will go when the buybacks start.

Following the successful open offer and the approval by shareholders of the share buyback, the Board is in discussions as to the mechanics of making the share buyback and we expect this will be announced shortly.

Why did two business men buy into this company one of which was looking to invest in a pharma.Not just an asset play thats for sure they must have plans behind the scenes, i wonder if we will see some of this soon now they have their stock and the investment in the business has been made.The board know we have to have other lines of revenue away from a yearly harvest,lets hope for some forward thinking news tomorrow!.

DB if this is private money buying in before the buybacks i can see its a strategy to buy up the loose stock cheap and sell then back later when the buybacks start or its a mad dash to somehow build a position that could be used with the Chinese directors to get to 75%

My understanding is, for a company to do buybacks in the closed period it is only allowed within certain conditions, one being that it has to use an independent broker than what the company usually uses and that the announcement to do buybacks is before the closed period. By these means the company can not be seen to use inside information to trade.

True davydoo and they will get a great price due to the fact so many long termers want out i cant see the price getting anywhere near double figures.I remember jtcod buying a boat load at 8p,its not just the under 3% holders we need to worry about.Good outlook on friday afternoon could make me eat my words but wont hold the breath....
