Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company announces that on 24 May 2017 the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's final dividend and allocated a total of 638 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company to ESAP participants. The shares were purchased on 24 May 2017 at a price of GBP2.23 per share.
As a result, the Company has been notified that Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell, directors of the Company, have acquired an interest in 44 shares and 24 shares respectively. The resultant interests of Paul Webb and Mike Stilwell are as follows:
