Sorry - can someone just clarify the reason the shares were suspended?

Was it literally just to do a name change? And if so why does this take so long?

Well after the drop to 46 and the bounce back up i sold out hoping to chase better upside prospects elsewhere (we'll see...), may return here if this stultifying trend breaks to the upside as i do still see the potential here. Good luck all, hope the results deliver, will probably soar for you now i've gone eh!

Precious metal prices are surging and yet SLV stays in the doldrums. Hopefully the likely surge in earnings soon will trigger a rerating of the company.

Over the weekend Credit Suisse stated its demand v production shortfall estimates for platinum as follows.

Troy Ounces
2011 -3000
2012 -137,000
2013 -247,000
2014 -40,000
2015 -20,000

The CEO of Lonmin stated that platinum prices need to rise to encourage new build and are not high enough to start up its Limpopo mine.

EU and US regulations for emissions on off road diesel engines could equate to 400,000 oz of PGM by 2015.

SLV production ramp up should coicide with the two years 2012 & 2013 when the shortfall in supply is at its peak. A price $2800oz could be achieved in that period.

I have added this morning along with others who I believe also saw and read the report.

Yeah mine too. Shocking price action over the last 10 days or so. My thoughts are should reverse at 45/46 - we're right at the apex of triangle in place since start of 09 so still hopeful it will break upwards with/before the interims within the next month. If it breaks down or flatlines i'm out tbh as can find better opportunities elsewhere.... will give it a bit more time....

guys,have you noticed the drop since end of jan is a mirror of jlp? i know they aint joined at the hip,but?...any thoughts?...stu (jlp holder)
