25/1/2006 13:27 | J As I've said before - the products they have and the management that's now in place are setting the scene for a much brighter long term future and this IMHO is just the first sign of it. DYOR - I did a couple of years ago - I've stuck with it and added. | mountain man
25/1/2006 12:59 | BB, could do with a chartists view on this, know anyone? No agm announcement, what a shower, got no idea about investor relations!! My feeling following chat with rep at agm is they could turn evens or a small profit at interims, in which case market would probably look to revalue to say £14-16M and await full year. However, the way it's moving at present I'm wondering if we have a shortage of stock, or they're taking the mickey and attempting a trap. Wish I knew more, AIMHO, DYOR J | johnnyad
25/1/2006 12:46 | good posts jonny - annoyed to have missed the 50p upwards rise - too late yet? do not think so....hmmmmmmm. | britishbear
25/1/2006 12:44 | And on she goes, with few people enjoying the ride it seems. Where will it end, in tears if you get in too late I've no doubt. interims in March, if not sooner, will hopefully confirm continued progress. Apparently Thames Water are now on the list for Hylam iQ. Good luck J | johnnyad
24/1/2006 12:01 | First reactions from agm seem very positive, basicaly, small company now going places. Recommendation from my rep, hold for further gains in share price However, as usual you must DYOR and AIMHO. Now all we got to wait for is a decent positive agm statement to confirm board has moved from incapable to able bodied and confirmation of positive trading going forward. J | johnnyad
20/1/2006 10:32 | Yep, to get old money one has to divide by 50. It is amazing how low it went - down to around 0.5p. This really could be a bagger from the current share price by the end of the year | britishbear
19/1/2006 16:21 | 1.25p - dreadful. Means there is massive upside left in this though :-) I am almost tempted to buy more | britishbear
19/1/2006 15:42 | Well...we've cleared any resistance there might have been frome the last two years.......any thoughts from a chartist what the target is now.......they might say that waiting for the AGM might be too late? | a2336418
19/1/2006 15:17 | bb About 1.25p - I think! Also believe you're right - this time they will................ DYOR | mountain man
19/1/2006 13:45 | Can anyone remind me what the share price would be in old money. I am a share holder for over 10 years and each year new problems seem to arise as they solve old ones. I think my average is 3p old money. I suspect we are still some way off that. Maybe this time they will make it..... | britishbear
18/1/2006 13:24 | J I agree with your post - and yes, I too think exciting times are ahead. They have three good businesses and DRC may turn out to be the pick of them - look where just one of their lining products was used for example. With current inovations coupled with Fullflow and Crescent also as market leaders in their respective fields it's not difficult to share the optimism. Above all - management (which started to change for the better a couple of years ago)is the key to success and therein lies the reason why I believe the future is bright for SWP. | mountain man
18/1/2006 11:09 | AGM next week. Looks like, but no promises, they have eventually turned the company around and into profits area. Over punished by miserable mm's, let's now hope they over value as readily. Have one or two potentialy valuable new products which should rerate them to the 100p region min. Going forward this could go anywhere between £1 and £2, but we need to see confirmation of lessons learnt and good management first. A lot will depend on agm statement, but no doubt they will speak cautiously and mm's will pull the price back. Averaged down at 28p and 55p, so as usual we wait and see. Do you get in now? I'd probably advise waiting till next week, but if statement is positive you'll have to be quick. Hopefully will have representative in meeting and will be able to report back. I have already spoken to director who was, to say the least, over bullish on the future. But hey, you pays yer money and take yer chances in this very risky stock market. AIMHO and for goodness sake DYOR Good luck J | johnnyad
17/1/2006 18:43 | up to 61p today anyone with this share got any comments its good to talk... | scotsale
11/1/2006 15:00 | 1 new share for every 50 old shares. J | johnnyad
10/1/2006 15:45 | Can anyone remember exactly what the Split/Issue was from the old stock? I am confused as to how many shares I now have . it was in hundreds of thousands !!! | transvaal

09/1/2006 16:29 | And still she keeps rising. Buying a few here and there on the way to revaluation which should see 100p+ in no time. Spoke to director who is very bullish and exudes confidence that their patented liner is already being specified by United Utilities and expected to be joined by other water companies. That's just in UK! And just one of the divisions which are apparently doing well. The sound proofing material seems now to becoming more accepted as well. AGM very soon, looking forward to bullish statement! AIMHO J | johnnyad
22/12/2005 16:25 | Well, having now received the annual report I can see why there's relative excitement with the roof covering product from DRC, Hylam iQ. There are indeed a good few tanks out there with problematic roof integrity and this alone could turn things around for swp. One can see why Mr Fleet may be feeling more inclined to invest in swp for the future. And his investment is certainly not peanuts. Onwards and upwards, I hope Seasons Greetings and a prosperous new year all! J | johnnyad
21/12/2005 18:20 | Mr Fleet bought some more today. This looks like an interesting turnaround situation. I'm not in yet, but keeping an eye on it. Could be a top performer in 2006, mr Fleet is obviously confident. Regards Jak | jakleeds
13/12/2005 12:45 | JohnnyAD Yes - looks like they've turned the corner. Had my holding for a couple of years and bought more when the price dropped earlier this year. Not surprised at the property revaluation - was expecting it. 2006 and beyond are going to be much more exciting IMHO. | mountain man
13/12/2005 09:52 | Results again appear like they are turning the corner and 06 may actually show profit! Make pleasant reading, and so does the share price movement. Wouldn't suprise me if it's director buying. J | johnnyad
08/11/2005 09:12 | Anyone know who Mr. Chris Fleet is and what business he is in. That might help explain why the share price has risen and how much further it may go if he is keen to keep accumulating. | britishbear
08/11/2005 09:06 | Something is going on - I can't believe this is a pump and dump but more likely a management buyout, takeover or good news announcement. Will check trades for signs of insider trading - it would be a brave man who jumped in now but it could go considerably higher on small volumes if there really is a turn around story. | britishbear |
