Total Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") rule DTR 5.6.1, we hereby notify that the Company's issued share capital consists of 122,838,451 ordinary shares of 100 pence each, each carrying one voting right. 15,435,410 of these ordinary shares are held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs, is 107,403,041.
The voting rights disclosed in this announcement reflect the transfer of 244,119 shares out of treasury to the Company's employee benefit trust.
