28/3/2005 09:43 | OK here is a thought - who thinks that Sutton Harbour seek a separate listing for their airline? It seems to be going very well and has good grwoth prospects. It needs to be done in a tax efficient way, but might release more shareholder value + achieve a higher valuation on its own. | topvest
10/3/2005 21:58 | Yes, fantastic news. They could make big money on this operation going forward. Let's face it, there is no competition in the South West so as long as they run a clean reliable service, now that they are established, they should be able to make a very good return. This is a rock of an investment! | topvest

20/10/2004 10:31 | Hi guys, plymouth resident here. Big report in yesterdays local paper about the property boom has ground to an uncerimonious halt in plymouth. Sutton harbour have a large property holding in these parts and with capital values now looking like declining plus the knock-on effect on rental incomes i guess the city is jittery about future earnings. Fish market remains under pressure due to quotas etc. Air south west doing really well however. Hope this helps | dr kilmore
