There's a dicrepancy in the number of shares issued since joining AIM and the number of shares as stated in the latest results. That can never be a good thing!


Funds raised since listing on AIM 7 years ago
04 Feb 2004: Raised £4.0m by placing 8,000,000 Shares at 50p per share (IPO).
03 Nov 2006: Raised £1.2m by placing of 15,000,000 Shares at 8p per share.
22 Nov 2007: Raised £1.6m by placing of 8,000,000 Shares at 20p per share.
23 Nov 2008: Raised £1.0m by placing of 5,000,000 Shares at 20p per share.
26 June 2009: Raised £1.4m by placing of 15,000,000 Shares at 10p per share.
23 Nov 2010: Raised £1.4m by placing 70,000,000 Shares at 2p per share
Total funds of £10.6m raised to date.

97,811,927 x 1.75p = market cap £1.7m.

Masurenguy .... Personally I can't see that happening at 1.75p, what are they going issue a trillion shares, which will mainly keep the directors in the life style they have come accustom too., I think share holders should go the next agm and, not sure what!!!!

Another annual report and another seven figure loss !
Annual losses have been reported every year since listing on AIM 7 years ago.

Mike Wolfe, Chief Executive, commenting on the results said: ""We are encouraged that the Company continues to move towards profitability......I believe that we have good reasons for viewing these results with the optimism they deserve." However, the fiscal period just reported represented the fifth largest loss that they have made over the past 7 years. They haven't initiated their annual placing yet this year but with a cash balance of only £79K it's probably not unrealistic to assume that another could be in the pipeline !

Current market cap @1.75p is now just £1.1m.

November is this boards favourite time of year ot raise cash historically, so given their track record of ppp, then who'd bet against it?

From the placing announcement last November. "Venture Holdings is the Company's largest shareholder and long term manufacturing partner."

Just click on the News button above for the company and then read the Issue of Equity statements on 03/11/06, 22/11/07, 24/11/08, 26/06/09 and Placing & Subscription on 04/11/10 to see the increase in Venture Holdings stake in Supercart from 22% to 49%

Masurenguy.... I was of the impression that they brought the tooling for producing the trolleys, is this incorrect, do they not manufacture any of the trolleys they sell.

I suppose if not they may get taken out by the manufacture, just hoping!!!

From a previous post:

Now valued around £800,000.

On some multiples (Market Cap as a multiple of sales revenues for example) these are a snip, but nothing they have ever said or done points to them having a viable business, so why or how do they keep managing to get placings away to keep themselves in their ridiculously highly paid positions is what holders ought to be asking.

Market cap down to about £1m ... against funds raised over the last 7 years of .... oh dear!
