This delisting has been the likely outcome here for quite a long time. Apparently they also can't even get their accounts audited and published within 6 months of the year end now! Masurenguy - 30 Jul'10 - 494: I cannot really see any sense in them maintaining the cost of a public listing. If the same "main shareholders" are prepared to provide further funding, they might consider combining this with a simultaneous delisting as the annual cost of maintaing an AIM listing is circa £200,000 per annum. It looks as though the most likely options here are a) No further funding can be raised and the company goes into administration b) Existing shareholders fund a low priced MBO (sub 1p a share?) and refinance the business as a privately held company with the longer term exit strategy of a trade sale if profitability can ever be achieved. IMV, whatever the outcome, I find it hard to see a future return here for PI shareholders ! RNS Number : 8573T - 19 December 2012: "the Company will not be in a position to publish the report and accounts before 31 December 2012, as required by the AIM Rules.....the Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 7.30am on Wednesday 2 January 2013, pending publication of the report and accounts..........a General Meeting has been convened for 11 January 2013 at which shareholders will be asked to consider a resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM.........Notwithstanding the potential suspension of trading from 2 January 2013, should the resolution be approved at the General Meeting to be held on 11 January 2013, dealings in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00am on 21 January 2013." Suspended before they can even delist - what a truly incredible achievement !

Aha.... The pigs are fattening themselves on shareholder money, nobody in there right mind would invest in these now, well no institution that's for sure unless they feel a buy out of whole company I can hear the fat lady clearing her throat, it's just a matter of time.

So new money was raised at 2.5p just five months ago and the company has already lost 90% of its perceived value !? Where are the final results to June ? They are more important than scaring investors into selling up due to a delisting. Venture effectively own the company and the minorities look like being shafted here. The only fair way of doing this would have been to offer a cash exit for those who do not wish to remain in a private entity with a 70% shareholder IMO but this route makes everyone run for the exit hence the 60% collapse ! Thankfully I am not a shareholder but feel sorry for any who have held through all this especially when looking at the remuneration of the CEO over the last four years..

Sorry I meant moving into profitability, I am expecting only a small loss next year once off the markets. It takes money to make money!! The share were always ridiculously priced when they floated. I believe it is undervalued at this price. Would not mind snapping this up at its current market cap. Researched Venture Holdings: Larry WInget seems interesting with his history, but have called to confirm with the company that they did receive the funds this year circa 550k gbp. Im here for a punt.

£1k long term punt. Reason: Profitable, saving costs by moving off AIM and costs from interest saved from recent loan conversion at 2.5p. Growing and have cash to fund current growth. Will be interesting to watch.

So as of Friday there will be 234m or so shares in issue, giving a market capitralisation of c. £1,850,000 Given they are raising £750k at 2.5p, that still strikes me as a little high. Time will tell, as ever.

Market Cap at close yesterday was about £570k, so to raise more than the market cap, at a premium is quite odd - I wonder how much of it is a PR exercise! "Cautiously Optimistic" ... gotta love this board!!!

LOL - another fundraising raising ! RNS Number : 9996H Supercart PLC 19 July 2012 Subscription of 30,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at 2.5 pence per share and Issue of 55,656,994 New Ordinary Shares by Capitalisation of Loan at 2.5 pence per share. Waiver from the provisions of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code Supercart is pleased to announce that it proposes to raise £750,000 from a Subscription of 30,000,000 New Ordinary Shares by Venture Holdings. The Company will also issue a further 55,656,994 New Ordinary Shares to Venture Holdings for the capitalisation of certain existing loans from Venture Holdings to Supercart. The New Ordinary Shares are to be issued at a price of 2.5p per share which represents a premium of 203% to the closing mid market price of 0.825 pence as at 18 July 2012. The Company's interim results statement for the period ended 31 December 2011 was made on 30 March 2012 in which the Directors stated that they believed the Company required further equity or debt funding to meet working capital requirements for the coming months. Although 2011 was a year of progress, the level of success was lower than expected. So far in 2012, the European market has seen reduced demand because of the financial difficulties being experienced by our distributor Caddie SA. This has contributed to the diminution of sales in this region. In the Company's other key markets of South Africa and North America, however, the Company has seen an increase in unit sales and the Directors remain cautiously optimistic that the growth trend will continue. http://www.investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201207190700069996H Funds raised since listing on AIM 7 years ago 04 Feb 2004: Raised £4.0m by placing 8,000,000 Shares at 50p per share (IPO). 03 Nov 2006: Raised £1.2m by placing of 15,000,000 Shares at 8p per share. 22 Nov 2007: Raised £1.6m by placing of 8,000,000 Shares at 20p per share. 23 Nov 2008: Raised £1.0m by placing of 5,000,000 Shares at 20p per share. 26 June 2009: Raised £1.4m by placing of 15,000,000 Shares at 10p per share. 23 Nov 2010: Raised £1.4m by placing 70,000,000 Shares at 2p per share 19 Jul 2012: Raised £0.75m by placing 30,000,000 at 2.5p per share.
