I was against a further placing and would have preferred to have waited for the EP cash but it appears to have done the trick for now(WTFDIK).

Going forward it will be interesting to see how many of the remaining 14 Bay State permitted drill sites phase 2 will cover. Last time the 3 holes (500m of drilling) took 3 weeks for the drill and approx 7 weeks for the results although the drill sites and access roads were all in place so I can see phase 2 taking considerably longer if PC wants to drill all 14.

I suspect PC has already done the deal with the drilling company so I expect an announcement in the next couple of weeks latest which will hopefully keep the share price momentum going.

Going forward if the drill results are as expected the share price will rise well above the warrant price of 24p (if not before the results ) so if the warrants were taken up towards the end of the year once the drill results are known and fully understood and EP step up with the cash a few months early (I,m sure they will know the results of their evaluation earlier than 18 months) then on the bases that the placing GBP300K sees us through the remainder of the year we could be sat with best part of GBP 1m in the kitty early / mid next year.

HOLDING RNS JUST OUT. i'd expect a couple more soon.

Charles Hall has now increased his holding from 20.5million to 45.5million shares holding of (4%) in SRES,

He also has notifiables in MTR also. 3%

A good mining investor buying at the bottom.

You basically are buying multiple assets in this for peppercorn.

Well that is encouraging!
Next news in the "near future". I want to see the historic drill results that they are trying to track down. If they were last drilled in an era of much lower gold prices there could be some results that look better with gold at 1200$

Dewolf - hope you are right. But those of us who have been here years have seen this all before. Unbelievable prospects that are going to make us rich. Unfortunately they never materialise. Will it be any different this time - one can hope!!!

Watch the drill results. They are sitting on Tonnes of Silver. ;)

Thought Sunrise needed a Bright New Thread seeing as it's new low cost business strategy of acquiring projects and doing the ground work and attracting partners hadn't been appreciated by the market.

SRES have a host of Gold and Silver Projects, mainly concentrated in the US state of Nevada.
Bonanza grades have already been found in the Bay State Silver Project.

3 Separate Gold Projects in Nevada and more to come.
A separate company set up to house all these new projects has been established and to build on the strategy of Free Carry and minimal cost to the company. V Wise.

They successfully concluded deal with EP minerals the largest Diatomite Producer in US for a $450k initial royalty due in 2017 for their County Line Diatomite Project.

Other Projects in the fold are Pozz Ash and diamonds in OZ.

For now the company is putting its efforts into establishing its Nevada Business into a Growing Collection of Silver Gold and Industrial Minerals projects that can be leased out, partnered or Free Carried to minimize cost and maximize huge potential by cherry picking the best mineralized land around.

Not a lot of companies can boast such large array of projects at a market value of only £1.3m

IMO it's too early to say if this is a good price, the recent placing at 0.1p and probably more to come.

one to get in at low price well beneath asset value.
Several high value projects in USA, especially like the BAY Silver Project. pick'd up at bottom of market. 5 patented claims. 24 staked claims surrounding!!!!!!! those grades aren't one offs ;)
