next news may be in conection to further sampling at pipe 17 as per the last (meaningful) RNS...the director should just up his stake to 1% and stop faffing round! lol...back to watching tumbleweed! Im seriously pleased that I only punted on this - it certainly has not lived up to expectation - not even when "MACRO" was mentioned in an RNS!

Yeh how is this possible??

On a separate note, when do we reckon we'll get some further progress (not that it matters much as the share price does seem to move!)

although paltry amounts. there does seem to be fairly consistent buying of late - certainly compared with the pasts where there would be days of no trades at all! Hope we do eventually see some action...certainly one of my least favourite holds...

yeah, i second that.
i think the jusy is out on this one, still unsure if the drill news was good or bad...commercial viability is the key, and that has not been ruled out.

Yes, OK, Carl, you are probably right - and a good post, sir.

mark, mms are picking up no stock, they are selling it. The only thing i can think of that would cause them to keep a share price static is a large sell to counter the buys we are seeing...That does not seem logical given the recent news flow though.

Its all noise at the end of the day, the news was good for us as bored holders but the general market are obviously still asking "so what?" If SDS can confirm commercial viability, or get close enough to spark interest then the share price will react because more than a handfull of people will be looking to buy shares...till then we wait albeit in slightly better spirits

Goldeneye5 - yes it was good news on Friday but in these market conditions it won't mean too much unless they can show this or some other prospect is likely to be commercial.
A move in the right direction but still a long way to go.

they are definitely holding the share price back on this, as that news last friday was good. Looks like RVD are back by this friday, going on the recent RNS.

Well, hopefully it is just a case of MMs picking up cheap stock in lieu of huge demand/bigger rises soon? Otherwise I am as confused as you are, Carl!

I know we are talking peanuts in relative terms here but I am a bit surprised that there is no movement - that 400k x 2 did not look like a roll over...that said its been one way traffic since Friday but still not a budge in the share price ..

Nige, "Benchmark" must be a woman? They tend to hunt in packs, I'm told! Anyway what's your take on the recent Macro test results and if, how, when we might see farm-in JV partners on board? As soon as this happens (IF it does?) will be the sign, to me, that we are making progress here.

More testing, more technical analysis, more drilling, more discoveries, more MACROS... = more share price rises, that's what all us patient, long su££ering investors (and Ms. Lied) are hoping for, isn't it?

Benchmark - I hope you are joking there.
I've been in and out of TYM for years, making a little along the way, and Katy has contributed there but certainly not more than the rest.
Anyway I dont think anyone can condone Katy's odd response to a "dear" comment.
A bit over the top I would say.
But never mind, hopefully we are all here for the same reason.
Lets all hope for better times ahead and hopefully a more friendly relationship between all parties.

The patronising "dear" in post 921 was uncalled for and 932 let you off lightly. Katylied, whatever the gender, has contributed more to this thread and to TYM than the rest.
