The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 together with the Notice convening the Company's AGM.
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1(st) Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EW on 13 July 2017 at 10:00 BST.
