Have read the document and my understanding is that Summit can be de-listed when he has 75% of shares. Document also mentions that if they gain control of 90% of shares they can make it compulsory to purchase o/s shares in issue. Have i interpreted this correctly. Directors have said they are going to retain their shareholding at the same time as recommending this cash offer!! I don't see how they are representing the best interests of shareholoders. What are other investors going to do.

Looks like a stitch up. Offer at only half of last Octobers value. Long term holders shafted again. Wonder if an activist fund will get involved to put up price offered.

As of 33/9 NAV was 1.112.
As of most recent trading update cash of £45m. Current rent £65.3m current interest £41million . This should give annual profit of at least £20m.

Market cap £24 m. There could be a lot of money to be made here when (and if) things turn

if you are going to buy a German property aim co, this seems the best of the bunch, there is cash and therefore the means to reduce gearing if covenants are at risk, as well as the option of selling properties, looks like they could still pay a divi too......but who can tell in these markets 16 cents is compelling though, i haven't seen deterioration in the commercial values as in the uk

good news has little effect on property companies at the moment, but you watch these companies fly once the joe bloggs out there realise that the end of the world in not nigh!

we just have to watch and wait.

Surely a 2 million euro profit on this disposal should help attract investment / a re-rating of the SP?

reasonable interest / buys in last few days - what sort of volumes is it likely to take to move this up?

Any advice on this stock - i bought speculatively on an rns earlier today which reported an excellent first quarter. i am puzzled as this does not seem to have been posted on this site !! It came through at just after 2pm and was never posted. Having checked back, it has been replaced by the Annual Report & accounts notice. i am hoping it was genuine and was perhaps released in error and not picked up by the market. It appeared on the advfsn streaming news on their home page. i am not dreaming as i went back into it about half an hour after it was posted and linked in to this stock from that rns. Help - tell me i am not going mad and somebody else saw it !!! It quoted a first quarter better than forecast profit from memory. Apart from this issue I would welcome any advice from existing holders as to where you see this stock going.

if a takeover is on the cards and the share price is down and he keeps buying at a lower sp, and you dont average down then, you could lose the whole lot.

tis a vicious game this...luckily i bought at 70 cent or so, but if the share price drops down lower and he or somebody else buys a lot od shares, then i am, in the same boat...personally i dont plan to average down with this company. There are other bargains to be had..and maybe a bit less risky..

the trend in share price appears to be downwards and if so it is possible the stakebuilding will continue. i cannot predict at what share price a takeout,if any, will occur. if we believe a takeout is on then it may be sound to follow the price down and hope there is a profit at takeout time.i will consider averaging down if circumstances permit.as i mentioned i plan to hold long term.

So if you buy now at current price are you saying that a takeover could be below current price?

Doesn't sound right to me cnx.
