21/1/2008 16:45 | The finances of this Company are atrocious and difficult to work out. I reckon they have a Rights issue every six months and then bury it where no one not even them can find it! | isis
21/1/2008 16:43 | If there is a cash injection in the near future, it's near-guaranteed to be bad news for existing shareholders. Anyone injecting cash into a business is going to want to get a good bargain. When the business is one like Subsea's, in desperate need of cash, and the general market climate is as it is at present, with every lender hoarding cash, they're going to be able to drive a very hard bargain. So if it happens, expect existing shareholders to be diluted drastically. If there isn't a cash injection in the near future, it's even worse news for existing shareholders... 09/1/2008 21:27 | market maker2... spoke to the Chairman today.. The search vessel is in the docks. Time of year and all that. He did mention the need to raise funds though. I think what you are gambling on buying at these prices is the securing of new funding...if this is achieved the stock could triple very quickly.... if not, well I will leave that to you to work out. | exile
09/1/2008 21:11 | market maker2 ! We wont take your word for it because i know you are a pump and dumper. | 8trader

09/1/2008 18:21 | If only the all time low was 7p and if only today's price was 11.75p | bjjackson
09/1/2008 17:42 | To make £500k, assuming he bought at the all time low (7p) and sold at today's high (11.75p), all highly unlikely, he would have had to buy over 10 million shares. As there are only 175 million shares in issue that would mean he would have over 5% of the company. As there has been no rns (which is triggered after 3% of the company is bought by one individual), we can presume he is lying. | aquilla
09/1/2008 13:53 | A classic example of william47's pump and dump technique was COMS. On the 30th Nov he bought 238156 at 8.47am for 0.495p. His first post was at 8.49am. He sold 238156 at 12.53pm for 0.55p. Since then the share price has gone nowhere. His hallmark is block capitals....he has to shout to make himself heard. Oh and he also posts under different names, to give himself more credibility. | aquilla

09/1/2008 13:43 | I can list over 50 stocks that have crashed since W47 pumped and dumped them, NNG for starters ! He's not posting there after all the lies as normal. A parasite, a con man, the lowest of the low. | 8trader |
